@@aloywong658 I think it's actually the respective element itself, rather than the region archon giving them the vision. During the Inazuma quest, there's a guy who was refusing to give up his vision stating that he "just got it", but if Baal placed the vision decree it wouldn't make sense for her to give out visions just to take them back days later? Also, the lack of Electro visions in the last two in-game years everywhere in Teyvat shows that the archons have at least control of who is able to use their element, so it looks more like archons gives visions of their respective element 😅

This hits different after finishing the Perilous Trail quest... The story of the yakshas were truly tragic. Given that Xiao is the lone survivor among the five who suffered the ultimate fate, it is inevitable that the same fate will catch up on Xiao one day too. But really, that quest made me really love Xiao even more! Also, Yelan & Yanfei, Shinobu & Itto, and Ushi!

Not like the entire point of his way to 'rule' is his loyalty to the divine ideal he represents and his origin story. I honestly don't understand how so many people came to the conclusion that he doesn't govern Mondstadt just because "he's lazy", when that wouldn't make any thematical sense. I love xiao. I find it interesting that venti probably has no idea that he saved him or even who xiao is. also, in his story, its explained that xiao never actually saught out the flue player, just figuring it had to be one of the archons since they were the only ones with the power to stay his karmic debt for any length of time. considering it was music and we only have one god whos heavily associated with that, we all assume the god in question was venti, and perhaps, so did xiao, but this trailer is actually the first cannon conformation that it was, in fact, him.

Actually this makes sense, Dainsleif is the bough keeper (lord of the lay lines basically) so that's how he knows so much lore. But since Zhongli has been with Xiao for thousands of years, he can narrate because he knows the lore of Xiao canonically by just living with him
