Hey, Malvika! Congratulations on getting married to the love of your life. It's so exciting to see you excited about moving out of the house and building your own nest. Well, to be really honest I think I am one of those rarest Indians to have gotten lucky with my relationship with my boyfriend. We have been living under the same roof for more than a year now and we aren't even married. He moved to my house when I was 19 and he was 21. It's all because of both of our families who are letting us live this way. It seems quite surreal to be very honest because even in the western countries I don't think a lot of parents let their children, live together, who are in love at such an young age. Our lives already seem so sorted. We all know that it's really important to know each other and we both are getting the chance to choose the way we want to live our lives. My mother literally tries to take care of him like his own little son. It's also so crazy to see my grandmother accept the way we are living. Honestly, the biggest thing that I got to learn is that, he is the one I would love to be around all the time because despite all the differences we have, we are similar in every other way and that makes us compatible. Also, isn't it crazy to see how this generation is getting all out and setting new rituals? I mean look at my boyfriend. He loves being at my place with us all the time. Isn't our society stuck to something opposite to that? I am so proud of him to have chosen his life this way. He is literally the best human on Earth, I must tell you. I am 20 and a half years now and he's going to turn 23 is just 6 days. We literally can't complain about anything in life because we aren't here just to survive but we are living every moment of our lives. I am really proud of my family, friends and him for accepting and loving every bit of this amazing journey of life. I hope we all live our lives to the fullest and not try to live upto other's expectations. I hope we all can set good examples for the coming generation. Let's also take care of the environment and the overall well being of every little creature around us. :)

Hey Malz! Congraaaaaaats babe! So so happy for you! I've watched nearly every video of yours and since you asked about how to plan weddings and stuff, I'd love to share my experience if it helps you :) I got married last August 2019 and we decided the date in Feb 2019! Yes, I did look through Pinterest for various decor and outfit ideas both for him and me! Colour coordination, outfits styles, makeup looks and basically an all-round theme for each day. So I had a 3-day wedding; Sangeet, Mehendi and the main day with the reception happening in the evening that ended with my jaws stuck in a smile *creepy* (god it hurt to smile that much 😂) I did not hire a planner. From hunting for outfits, to dance choreography, to song list and assigning everyone their songs according to their demand, to deciding and supervising the decor, it was MADNESS, but I, fortunately, managed it because I had always dreamt of doing it all on my own. It was some teenage dream I always had 🤩So I did it! Was it super stressful? OH HELL YEA!!! All with taking in everyone's opinions about literally EVERYTHING! I literally learnt how to be diplomatic with everyone 😂But at the end of it when the video and the photos came out, I loved it and it was all worth it! I reside in Dubai, so it took me one flight to Mumbai in the month of March and another in July leading on to the wedding day in August. If you wish to hire a planner, honestly though, that would be much easier on you and you will definitely be more relaxed. But I loved the adrenaline rush of planning the wedding, so it's really each one's desire 😁 Whatever it may be, just enjoy every moment, the joy, the highs, the lows, the periodic stress, sometimes even the anger LOL. I really hope you get your dream day to go as per your plans and expectations. But, one advice, the lesser your expect, the better the surprises and therefore the more memorable! I also wanted some minor things to not happen my way BECAUSE it would serve to be more memorable then 😂Yes I’m weird that way! This is a long read, sorry about that, but cheers to a wonderful life ahead of you because it's absolutely beautiful! All the very best pretty woman.
