So the "Russian Gas" they are talking about is actually Xenon gas which is a noble gas found in the atmosphere. They've been using it in Russia for years.

Nyet. Russian gas ingredients translated via former NHL/KHL player “Oleg”. Nebulizers with Ketorolac (Toradol) and Albuterol (also known as salbutamo). Sometimes similar classes of drugs known as bronchodilators or Long-Acting Beta Agonists.
