I really appreciate your tips for memory recall. I failed out of college 4 years ago because of issues with this. I studied 60-70 hours a week, tried every technique I could find, did great on assignments, but when it came to tests I just couldn’t recall anything! I’m going back to college soon and am going to use your tips to succeed and finally get my degree. Keep doing the work 😁

Matt I SO appreciate your videos!! Your "How to Absorb Textbooks like a Sponge" was a miracle for me!! I'm 58 years old and I learned in my first class, College Seminar 101, that I'm a "visual learner!!" I've tried learning other methods; audio, Quizlet etc., ebooks drive me crazy because of my vision so if I don't have the textbook physically in front of my face, I'm screwed lol!! I need the physical textbook to highlight things, do quizzes, the summaries, mini notes and the reading is easier for me, still gives me headaches lol!! My issue especially, is my short-term memory is mostly shot so thank you so much for mentioning "index cards!!" I use them for writing words and their definitions, I paraphrase some of the reading, I rewrite these in my notebook and the cards especially, have been a lifesaver in my retaining memory!! Hello Nitu. I'm not sure I understand what you're asking me for here. Help me understand what you mean when you say you're in need of a 'timetable'. If you're asking me to help you determine how long certain tasks during your preparation should take, then that would be difficult because it is going to vary greatly from person to person.
Has anyone tried this method? Did it work? I don't like index cards :( but if they work, I will do it. It is just difficult to decide what to write on each of them.

Hello Dylan. You may not need a notebook. However you may find it a good idea to put your first draft of notes into the book and then condense and re-write them onto the cards.
