Love the way How the Hemi 5.7 sounds. This is how my 19 Rebel sounds, it pops everytime I Rev it between 2k-3.5k rpm. Sounds amazing and no drone when cruising on the Freeway. When towing a travel trailer, the sound is there depending on the road. Nice Ram, you will enjoy it!
Straight pipe is bad ass, but I was worried about drone, and for my daily driver I don’t want it too loud. I went with Borla S-type and absolutely love it. The tone is outstanding.
Not to mention that little dodge of his would be throwing every code known to man if he straight piped it and it wouldn’t be legal because without cats that thing wouldn’t pass an emissions test.
Sounds really good. I have a '20 Rebel and was thinking about a Mopar Cat Back, but pretty expensive! If you dont mind, about how much did that run ya? Thanks.
@@KsKaylor I ended going to the super 10. It is not loud enough for my liking. However, it has a mean deepest growl. I suggest going with bigger tips than stock. I get tons of compliments on the sound of it.
I just lifted my 1500 6.2L Silverado 8in. & want to get true duals with 3rd cat back delete. You recommend Keith’s muffler in Westland? Im metro as well.
Nice truck, I love the color! I've got myself an R/T running Flowmaster Super10's. Very loud, even with stock resonators on. I believe the newer Rams have another muffler right after the cats towards the front of the truck. If you have that one removed as well this thing will friggin' roar. Sounds much better though nonetheless!
same here but i cut the two rear resonators and it has an awesome smooth clean low end to it and very little drone but definitely lets people know when you get down on it lol
@@TheAustinA24 I am seriously thinking about doing that on my 2020 Ram Limited. Do you have a video you can post of what it sounds like after removing the resonators ?
You should safe tune Pro charge it that’d be epic then when the lease is up just take all the stuff off and sell the parts , win , win as long as you don’t go to crazy
Random Dude wellll, i can make some videos. But honestly it’s different, I notice i miss the Low end tq the most. And honestly this truck feels less nimble then my dually 😂
I got a 22 classic and they are amazing man I’ve seen a lot of 2012-2019s most with the eco mode/cylinder deactivation that run terrible cause that eco mode destroys the hemi engine, but the new ones that don’t have that are amazing and especailly just the factory tuning on the truck is incredible it out runs things you would never expect stock, mind you I have a 22 classic and I’m not sure if I just got lucky on the year or what but mine is very quick stock, even beat a brand new 3.6l cadilac that was tuned
I will never weld on an exhaust ever again!!! It WILL rot off the truck in two years!! Stainless bolt on only!! Period. Or stainless welded but who is doing that on a truck. Spend the extra money now and you don’t have to deal with crap in two years.
When it rots, then put on a full bolt-on kit, the truck is new!? And the "cheap" mod sounds as good as some bolt-ons.🤷🏽♂️..he might not even have this truck in 2 to 3 years.
Many years ago, I had a 1979 Z-28 with a 350 under the hood and 3.93 rear end. Accidentaly ripped the muffler off on a pontoon bridge in south Louisiana. It instantly became INCREDIBLY loud. Space Shuttle blasting off loud. Nuclear bomb loud. Dead people rose just to bitch at me about how frackin loud it was! I was 19 and absolutely LOVED it. LMAO😂
