Thank you guys for all the wonderful comments. Also sharing your stories. There are many that disapprove of our outlook on the current situation. We are very flexible on how we can handle things like this because we are lucky to have gotten to a point in our life where we don't have many things to keep us from being flexible. Misery loves company so it is obvious to see these kind of responses. We will try to stay happy until our final breath so maybe in the long term this channel is not for some. if the current news only posted the positive things that are happening with possible cures, people recovering, the fact that most have mild symptoms, and if we can all just try to stay positive and help each other out as best we can things will be much better. I am not there I am here and trying to make the best of it how we can. God bless & may we never run out of beer.

Thanks for those positive vibes..and the news is such a downer..but at the same time I want them to kick azz on this sh*t..and we all can breathe better..Once upon a time I wanted to live like Dick Proneke ..Alone in the wilderness...And this would even be better..especially on an island with our love and 2 years of prepped dried foods...yuck!..lol great job as usual..Stay safe..We still have TP in the Philippines!

For people living in Thailand now is the perfect time to go to the islands! Low fares and low rates at hotels and resorts, can't beat it! We will be quarantined in Koh Samui next week, and two weeks ago we were in Koh Lipe(personal favorite)

Ko Pha Ngan is absolutely the most beautiful island of them all. We stayed in fisherman village ChaLokLum and the village is absolutely rustic original Thailand. Out of the way of the rat race. I want to go back. We had the time of our lives there.

Chuck and Paige, you guys do what you do - but be safe. Can't say I don't envy you your life and your freedoms. I was lucky enough to be in Vietnam last Aug-Sept (almost two months down south in HCMC and then a spell on Phu Quoc island). A few months after I got back to the UK the zombie apocalypse kicked off. Lucky me, right? I do know the places I was staying in Vietnam were absolutely rammed with Chinese tourists while I was there - I can only imagine how desolate and imperiled the tourist trade there is now that all Chinese have gone. It's very sad. Stay safe, wash your hands and keep bringing us images of beautiful SE Asia to help us through this crisis. I miss the blue skies, beaches and palm trees! Like General Douglas MacArthur, 'I shall return!'

It is good that you are keeping your distance from the mafia. They are at serious risk of illness due to their age. I live in Canada and this is blowing up in front of our eyes. Thailand can expect the same thing shortly, especially given that the workers in Bangkok and Pattaya have returned home. Take care.

Lol, same thing happened to me on Koh samui at santiburi golf course, a green snake fell next to me from a coconut tree. I don't like snake..I live in Phoenix..love your videos like to hook up one day when I'm back in kalasin..

Thanks Chuck and Paige... the best way to distance yourselves.... go to the islands. I think your timing is turning out to be perfect. My daughter (10) gets her school break/vaka this time of year and always request a trip to the beach. One time Kho Chang... last year was our first time driving and went to Jobtien. This year I almost made the trip just behind you and kind of wish we did now. Can’t even take to the local pool. I would except I don’t want to go against the majority and I may even wear a mask to appease the local officials. So make the best of it.

Hi Guys love your vids. I stayed in that very same room at Siam Beach resort in 2017. Klong chao waterfall is about a 30 minute walk, if you haven't already been there it is well worth going (the best day of my stay). stay safe

I stayed there this time last year for a week, never saw the tide out so far. The water was the clearest I've ever seen in Thailand, could see your toes from chest high in the water.

Yes great place to be isolated. Here it's got serious now, everything closing down. No one on the streets, just going out soon to forage for food. All supermarkets have empty shelves now, they say stop panic buying, life goes on. Bri and frei east Yorkshire x

I just came back from vacation in Prachuab 2 weeks ago, it was pleasant less people, fresh air near the beach. If I had retired, I would have stayed for a month.

Heck, I had been going to the same beach for 6 days straight when I was in Koh kut 3 months ago. I loved to stay in the connection with the river, it's so beautiful!! Next to the small pier on the left side there are Lots os sardines. Now, we are stuck in the philippines, in moalboal, Cebu. Can you guys still go to the beach? Here they closed most beaches and waterfalls. There is only one beach open that has lots os turtles and sardines. Stay safe guys.

I went to Daytona Bike Week last Thursday and everyone is giving me 💩 about it, I am staying away from people that I think I could endanger like my 80 year old mother for another week but so far I feel fine and had a blast in Daytona, enjoy your quarantine in paradise I wish I was there. I’ve handled snakes almost my entire life including some of the most venomous in the world but I still don’t want one dropping out of a tree on me 😱 Thanks for sharing, many blessings to you both 🙏 Cheers 🍻
