Hey Chuck Great attitude, positive, simple, uncomplicated content yet most refreshing to watch. I watch them mostly before I go to bed infused with warm vibe. I would travel to Thailand and treat you and Paige to nice dinner with drinks to convey my appreciation..of course as soon as borders open.

18:00 good advice. I also have had family members with skin cancer. I myself just these past few weeks have had a carinoma skin cancer removed from my arm at Bangkok Hua Hin Hospital. All good now. Love music @ 18:55 😃

I was a couple of weeks into my move to Thailand when my good long term expat friend got bitten. He was sick as hell. To this day years later he still suffers painful arthritis like symptoms, and he is only 52.

A very nice place to stay for a couple of days. And you have the opportunity to be there nearly on your own. I wish something like this after all the 'Lockdowns' her in Germany. Mmmm your stay on this island is as near to perfect as it can get. I will go for a little shack where I can walk out, straight on to the beach over a 5 star high rise any day .. Salt encrusted from my swim, a cold icy drink, tasty delectable food, digging my toes in the sand, nice chilled company .. Biggest plan for the day is a snooze in that hammock 🌞🌴🐬 🍻🌺🎵 .. Hello Chuck & Paige. That resort looks excellent..very eco-like, basic and familiar. Would love to visit there. Anthony Bourdain once said “food always tastes better while eating on a beach, squishing your toes in the sand”. I realized this truth in Thailand at a restaurant like your lunch time restaurant.

Rob of Thailand got dengue (pronounced DEN GAY) fever early last year??? While he was home on Phuket. He had a hard times but he got better. Guess there’s no medication for it you just have to ride it out.

Chuck, love watching your videos. The sunscreen issue isn't about your safety. The sunscreen using zinc oxide as the main ingredient is killing the reefs. Here in Hawaii they banned the sale of those types, only "reef safe" sunscreen allowed.

Reynosa a few miles away has more cases of West Nile, and Dengue fever than here in the McAllen Tx area, but it is around. Malaria always sounds bad no matter what, but then the side effects of the preventive meds sound pretty bad too. Flea's are vicious beasts The RGV has mean little black ones that bite everything with blood. There are only a few things where I pull out the chems, Fire Ants and Fleas are the two major ones.

Buy LOCAL product at 7/11 (mosquito), or stronger products with 95% DDT(sand flies etc) , drink everyday the LOCAL Yakult and buy a good poncho (rain). Voilà, you're ready for Thailand! Climate is tropical, nothing you can do, other go on holiday in a desert. ;-)

I found the best mosquito repellent when I was there in 2018 and I brought 5 back with me it's called Sketolene Shield Mosquitos and Leeches! Repellent. It either is DDT or Deet I mean it burns your skin just putting it on like the good stuff we used to get in the 70's. Lol and the back of the bottle is in Thai but it has a flammable sticker 😅 Another great video Chuck and Paige if you haven't seen my email yet Chuck I'm heading there in August and will have room for a laptop for you Chuck and you should be getting my care package in the mail soon.

The one vaccine worth getting is for shingles. If you’ve had chicken pox as a kid, it is dormant in your body. The one time vaccine is worth getting, as I sit here envious of you in paradise, unable to sleep because out of the blue.. I have the shingles virus. I just hope that other one stays away since I can’t get the vaccine for that one with my current medicine. Chuck looking forward to yours and Paige’s next video adventure to help lighten my mood
