I am so excited for season 5 but sad that my favorite tv series of all time is ending 🥹

Stranger Things 5 Update Synopsis After the group loses in Stranger Things 4, Stranger things 5 seeks to undo the conquest of the Mind Flayer and Vecna in the real world. First Stranger Things 5 predictions: - it will come out in summer 2024 - there will be a time jump to 1987, and it starts off with Max waking up from her coma - a new character will be introduced as a new fan favorite, but dies in the finale Stranger Things: Without A Trace (2016) Update Synopsis The year is 1983. When Will Byers is abducted by a creature from an alternate dimension, his mother, Joyce and the town's police chief, Jim Hopper, search for Will. At the same time, a young psychokinetic girl called Eleven escapes from the laboratory and assists Will's friends, Mike, Dustin, and Lucas, in their own efforts to find Will. Stranger Things: The Red Storm (2017) Update Synopsis In the fall of 1984, Will Byers finds himself once again the target of the Upside Down as a large tentacled entity called the Mind Flayer soon terrorizes the citizens of Hawkins, drawing back Joyce and Hopper along with Mike's sister Nancy, Will's brother Jonathan, and Nancy's boyfriend Steve, as well as Will's close friends; Mike, Dustin, and Lucas. Dustin has been too busy for his friends as he's helped found a new D&D club at Hawkins High, but little does he know the dark secrets the members hold. Eleven and Will have had a hard time adjusting to a new life, with their classmates being no help in the slightest. Things start to kick up again when Joyce and Murray find a secret message that changes what they previously thought happened during the Battle of Starcourt. This may be a wild theory but I believe that because Lucas uses the slingshot and has pretty good accuracy, he might use a bow and arrow in season 5 whether as just a weapon or to kill/ wound vecna

@@RogongodIdk Technically Vecna just “shaped” the Mind flayer and I think just it grew a mind for itself and became a puppet for Vecna.

@@Loc0choc0coc0 As cool as Jason's death was, it should have been for someone truly evil. Like Grigori in season 3 when Hopper threw him into that machine. Jason didn't deserve to die from ignorance. I actually wonder if his character is supposed to be inspired by Tommy Jarvis from the "Friday the 13th" movies. Not only does he look like Tommy's actor, but they had a similar role. Finding out that something unbelievable is going on, police don't believe him, and he has to go finish the threat from killing anyone else. I wonder if that's even why they decided to name the character Jason. Here's how I think Jason's redemption arc could have gone if he was able to make it to season 5... Jason wakes up after Lucas knocked him out and he sees Lucas holding Max. Lucas tells Eric to go get help and he tells Max to hold on. Jason is confused by this since he thought Lucas was sacrificing her to Vecna. Then the gate opens, but Jason manages to crawl away. Jason stands up and stares at Lucas who continues crying over Max. Jason says "You really weren't lying... were you?" Lucas then snaps. He says how this is all Jason's fault. Lucas explains how Max was distracting Vecna so Nancy, Steve, and Robin could kill his physical body and that the walkman was the only thing to wake Max up. Lucas says since Jason wouldn't listen, he stepped on the walkman, thus resulting in Max's death and the four gates merging. That they're all going to die because of him. This makes Jason fall to his knees, shocked and disappointed that his actions to save everyone has now made everything worse. He now hates himself because with Lucas grieving over Max's death, he'll suffer just like how Jason did with Chrissy. Jason is mad at himself for causing someone to be just as miserable as him with grieving over the death of a girlfriend. When Lucas goes to the hospital with Max, Jason wants to know everything else so he can understand more about Vecna. What they're up against. And Jason promises to listen this time. But Lucas is too mad at Jason and says he never wants to see him again. Jason meets up with the other characters after they find out about Max. Jason apologizes for what he did and he has his friends with him to tell them that he was wrong about Hellfire. With them being with the main characters, Jason finds out from Dustin how Eddie is dead. The characters take this time to tell Jason and his friends about everything they had been facing because of the Upside Down. Jason will even be shocked to find out about what really happened at Starcourt. What really happened to Billy and Hopper. Jason will wish he knew about Chrissy's nightmares sooner and despite Eddie giving her drugs, he does appreciate how Eddie was trying to help her. Jason wishes he could apologize to Eddie. Jason knows that he won't be able to convince everyone about the Upside Down stuff, but wants to try to convince everyone of Hawkins he was wrong about Hellfire and that Eddie was innocent. When Mike returns to Hawkins, Jason will apologize for the ugliness he's gonna get for citizens since he's in Hellfire. Jason and his friends can tag along with the characters with fixing up Hopper's cabin since they trashed up the place when Lucas sent them there. While there, they'll see Hopper alive. This would be the point in which Jason's trust is permanently hooked on. With knowing Hopper's alive and hearing him tell his POV of everything that's happened, Jason will know that the main characters really are telling the truth, that there are no lies, and he will stick by their side from now on. For season 5, imagine if Vecna targeted Jason. Under his curse, Jason can see a undead version of Chrissy saying how he wasn't there for her and she's mad at what he tried to do to Eddie. Then an undead Eddie appears saying how Jason turned the town against him and now he won't graduate. Then an undead Patrick appears saying how Jason didn't even try to save him. That he just stared as the murder happened. That he just had to try kill Eddie. Then an undead Max appears saying how Lucas was right about Jason being a raging psychopath. That even though Vecna used his powers on her, Jason was the one that stepped on her walkman, thus he is the one who really killed her. That everyone is going to die due to him causing the four gates to merge. Then Vecna can appear saying they were all weak, just like Jason. This would piss Jason enough to wanting to fight back. That he will avenge all of them, even Eddie. So, during the final battle of season 5, at a point when Max is alive, I think Jason should have pushed Lucas out of the way from a monster attacking so he can die instead. Jason should have died heroically. As Jason is dying, Lucas holds him in his arms. Lucas wishes that he didn't stay mad at him for too long and they could have cooperated with their plans on how to stop Vecna sooner. Jason says that it doesn't matter 'cause Lucas and Max get to live a life together. A life that Jason won't get to have with Chrissy. Jason says that he's glad knowing that and that they were still on the same team. Both with basketball and with stopping threat. His character arc could've basically been like Harry Osborn in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy in which how he thought Peter killed his dad, Harry tried to kill Peter, found out the truth, helped Peter fight the villains who are torturing his girlfriend, sacrifices himself to save his friend, and dies saying they're still friends. Now, if we saw Jason team up with the characters in season 4, I would have liked to see Jason hearing from Eddie what happened to Chrissy. See the both of them emotional together about her. Eddie would say that he would have left her alone if she told him that because he didn't want her to be uncomfortable, which Jason would appreciate. And Eddie would tell Jason how he used to know Chrissy in middle school but that she forgot. I think Jason would even like how Eddie says before playing his guitar "Chrissy, this is for you." When Dustin tells Eddie how awesome it was, I think Jason and his friends would find it cool too lol. Now, with Eddie sacrificing himself to the Demo-bats, I think Jason would say "Why'd you do that?" and Eddie would say "Because... Chrissy would want you to go on." But if Jason were to be the one to sacrifice himself right there instead, Eddie would hold him in his arms and Jason would say "I was wrong about you.... You're all right. Go. Do it... for Chrissy."

I'm sure they will find out they're all innocent.

But it would be kind of weird that the upside down didn't take over the whole town in 3 years. Does it really move that slow? And how could life be normal with then just going to school with an apocalypse happening?

Yes. But I still confused after the ending of season 4 because Vecna is still alive and it will takes one year or two years for the group to find him, fighting him and killing him. They will live a year or two with stress.

That's what I'm both worried and confused about. It seems like the end of season 4 would warrent the next season to IMMEDIATELY pick up where we left off. Therefore if they do a time jump I would hope it would be something for like a fast forward. Idk. I like the idea of the time skip but I'm just trying to figure out how tf the Duffer brothers will pull that off.

Ok I left now. I was able to pass through the main front part of the school now since it wasn't blocked off. Few big box trucks were leaving and taking light towers on generators etc. So glad I was able to do this.
