Beautiful drive along the famous Strata Florida in mid Wales, suprisingly we didn't pass another vehicle for the entire route. The rivers where low but still an exciting drive, gave the bomb hole a miss I don't think the LWB L200 would have made it.

Nice vid, took my Surf along there for a test run a couple of weeks ago. Open diffs are a challenge, but just needs the right line. Like you, it did it all, and a great learning curve.

I always laugh when people say this is off road. You should see what a normal road is in some places in the Pacific.

What's your tyre set up? Did you have it lifted? how much lift? Did you change your suspension set up? thanks nice video. I have the same model and year. I just love the truck. no issues after 300Km on its mileage. Plan to change the turbo cartridge this december.

At 2:50, the rear diff lock ?

Additional Losses i cant remember my exact ratio / or if diff lock was on. I passed that section slightly in the end by taking a run at it and getting a bit more momentum! The hole is bigger than it looks in the vid.

Okay, thanks. I like the L200 mostly because it has a real diff lock not some LSD type thing as the others (B2500, Ranger, Navara, Hilux) do. Do you have the standard high ot is there a suspension lift? What is your tyre a wheel size? It looks great.

It is, but not advised after heavy rain. There was quite a high profile incident where a Lady got turned over in one of the rivers and unfortunately the occupants didn't make it. Also probably best done on a week day, use the start co-ordinates off the vid :)

What have you done to the L200? just bigger tyres or is there a lift on it too? It looks good with the black grill and wheels!

Jeff Block thanks it's standard apart from I have wound the torsion bars up 2 inches on the front this enabled 75 profile mud terrains to fit in the arches with a little trimming of the bumper. it towers over a standard l200 now it's pretty awesome :)
