I always find the opposite is true if you're over trained, it makes me incredibly hungry and almost impossible to feel full! Over training usually comes with poor sleep which raises ghrelin and makes you feel hungry.
Personally.. I can’t STAND eating with the sole purpose of building muscle. Just makes me feel like crap and lethargic all day. I’d rather feel great and still look great than feel like crap but look my best.
How do you drink more water lol that's my problem.. wanna eat more food/calories drink orange juice before eating and put gravy and butter on everything
I'm doing everything right except the eating part. Most of time it's difficult bcuz of time, but I dont wanna compromise on gut health or using fake protein powders. Ohhhh the struggle is fcking real!!
@Austin Moroder true I could eat 1500 calories in 10 minutes going to mcds. But 1500 healthy calories would look like 3 full plates. Personally since I have to eat 4500 calories a day I try to eat healthy meals plus some kind of unhealthy meals to get my cals in.
@@imhopelesslyaddictedtofent4266 bro, you don't know who you're talking to. I have very unhealthy binge phases where I'll eat 5000 calories a day for weeks at a time. And I've spent a lot of time counting calories. I'm not the person that overestimates how much they're eating. A large deep dish pizza, cheezy bread, and cinnamon sticks is a half hour, 6000+ calorie meal for me. I'm not saying I'm proud of this, I'm just saying I would be first in an eating contest in an average room.
@Austin Moroder Not all healthy calories are calorically light. Then again, moderation is key. Eating 5000 calories of spinach would be nearly impossible, but 5000 calories of almonds, fatty yogurt, olive oil, and chicken would be easy for me. But even for 95% of body builders, 5000 calories of any combination of healthy or unhealthy foods breaks the moderation rule anyway.
@@limitisillusion7 As a previous commenter said, it is easy to eat a lot of calories when its all from shitty food. The discussion is for building muscle so the majority of the calories have to be from nutrient dense, healthy sources. You think you could do it easily but if you ate according to a bodybuilders diet of 5k calories you wouldnt last. Getting the calories from healthy sources means they will be far more filling, and will not taste nearly as good. The amount of dedication it takes to forcefeed meals that taste like crap day in and day out is extraordinary. I know this because I eat 4,500 calories a day, and even though i get 1/3 of it from a shake its still extremely challenging. I could easily reach that much if i ate nothing but pizza, ice, cream, and oil but doing so would be completely pointless.
i occasionally run into this video and i really can’t figure out if it’s a parody and you’re just joking or you are serious!!! are you really speaking about the difficult to eat enough calories??? really?? in a society in which almost 50% of the population is obese and the rest if for the most overweight… you speak about the difficult of eat enough calories????? How many calories would you think you need to bulk??? wanna say 5 thousand (i think only few enormous man would need to go that high) but still; are you really having trouble in eating 5000 calories in a day??? really?? camon… really… i don’t know what to say! i don’t know what to think! if you are serious and this is not a “fun video” it really looks like you wanna make us fool. how to overcome the difficult of eat 5 thousand calories per day!!! ahahahahah
