A way to maximize zoom, since the pandemic is still preventing many people from attending face to face is to have high attendance standards, meaning camera on, and focused. They can have the camera off or be doing something else if they want but they gotta understand that will give them mediocre results. That's for your business associates during recognition, training, ect. For prospects explain what the online etiquette is. If they're not open to following it that's on them, but most of the time people will want to be a bit courteous so they'll follow the etiquette guidelines. Just a thought to get the most out of zoom
I love what you’re doing fore us! I’m 1+ year in network marketing and I recruited in the 3 first months 169 people but from the 170+ people only 7 are active after one year. They make clients and make sometimes ambassadors but they don’t grow. I really do allot for my team, I developed new strategy’s, I developed bots, i made allot of PDFs of your and others strategy’s. I really want it so much I think big (to big) i beleev I can do big things in network marketing. This video was a eye opener for me because I have to do so much more. It’s just so hard if I don’t know how to do them where to start with them and Yes I have mentors with experience but they tell me just recruit we have everything, but if I ask do you have this this then they tel me that’s for later... I recruit allot of people I can stay recruiting 200-300 how much they won’t but if my downline doesn’t do it how am I gonne grow! I thought I write this here because I really need some help, someone that think big doesn’t make excuses doesn’t give hype and work like it’s a hobby like the time goes fast when working on your network marketing.
okay .... you then need to search more and more in his book go pro you need first to see the prospect that will get you more money and have that light which is in his eyes he has the ambitions to do so and grow with you ..... but not any prospect you get ..... I know it's hard but it's also worth searching and looking ......It's not about numbers but it's about quality of that person who can do it.
There is ground base reality to consider as well. Not every strategy is a good one. I've heard many times--"if you believe enough you will be successful." That is not accurate. Like running to LA to become that actor with no backup plan. Luck is a huge factor in that fair or not, that is a reality. The idea that self belief is what makes the success driven successful is only a small part of the equation. The guru will tell you the universe aligns with you with self belief. Not true. Self belief + plan of action that is researched + massive effort----that is what makes success and sometimes ill luck causes failure as well. Most of the gurus, great or small say the same thing I tell my own subscribers--you have to plan well and engage in effort and constantly re-evaluate what is working and what isn't. This (his, Erics) strategy might work in the US market, but not all arround the world is the same. Europeans are much different and therefore few things are wrong in the speech. Especially for europe, the mentality is unique. So business is not running the same way.
I mean you have to implement this knowledge in your way ..you have to figure out who is your customer base what is there behaviour then do things according to this ..it works everywhere .. sorry for my bad english . I am learning it♥️🤗
