I love most everything strawberry. What I like best will always be just a bowl of fresh strawberries and eating them without anything added, or maybe a little whipped cream. I do love a good cobbler though and thought strawberries would make a good one. Top it off with whip cream or vanilla ice-cream. Strawberries are the perfect late spring early summer fruit, so delicious. Fresh is always best.
Note: I tweaked this recipe slightly from the cooking video I made of this recipe. So follow the recipe. My apologies.

My husband liked them cut up, sugar sprinkled over them and milk, cover and set in fridge for 24 hrs. I like strawberry shortcake. Thank you for the Strawberry Cobbler recipe, looks so yummy! Love & hugs, God bless

We grew strawberries(blackberries, raspberries too). Strawberry shortcake with homemade shortcake biscuits, fresh whipped cream was the best and hands down my favorite!

In Huntington Beach, CA I used to drive by a few areas with (fresh) Strawberry stands. I like Strawberry Jam, and when it's baked into foods. Not really a fan of just eating one. Same with Blueberries. For me they taste better in muffins, waffles or pancakes.

I come from Michigan farmers. I have never had strawberry cobbler! My dad called cobbler ‘grunt’. We always had our fruit on the bottom with the biscuit on top.

Might I suggest preparing and pre-measuring out the dry and your wet ingredients and setting them aside prior to filming? This way you wont forget

Consider using a strawberry huller that takes the green top off, you won't lose so much of the strawberry that way.

Amy, take a plastic straw and push it thru bottom end of strawberry and the stem will come right out!! Saves wasting some and much easier...

Yes you can. You may need to make adjustment for cornstarch & sugar

You are supposed to spread batter over strawberries- not put strawberries over batter, you could see when you were tasting it that the batter was almost non existent. Please review before hand when making videos. How embarrassing!

I've never made strawberry cobbler but I've made peach cobbler many times. I always put peaches over batter. It puffs over the peaches. Delicious everytime!
