1/2 pack strawberry jello * you can use the entire pack if you are using more cookies*
1/3 cup melted butter * I know I said 1/4 cup in video but its 1/3*
Pancake mix
* to make the butter milk combine 1 cup milk plus 2 tsp vinegar.. if doubling the recipe for pancakes needed please double milk recipe.. this step to make buttermilk is optional you can use regular milk or water to make pancakes*
Frozen strawberries in sugar
* if you can not find this in the store.. you have two options
1.Dice two cups fresh or frozen strawberries, and add to a pot...pour about two cups water to slightly cover the berries, then add 1 cup white sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 mins or until strawberries soften.
