50g raspberry
30g sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
■Strawberry muffin
50g unsalted butter
50g sugar
1g salt
1 egg
105g cake flour
10g ground dry strawberry
3g baking powder
25g non-sugar yogurt
25g milk
■Cream cheese frosting
100g cream cheese
15g powder sugar
1/3 tsp lemon juice

Lara Nunes, a receita até dá pra pegar em inglês, o problema pra mim é que ele coloca tudo em quilogramas, até os líquidos. Claro que é fácil usar uma balança, mas acharia bem mais prático, os sólidos serem contados por colheradas e os líquidos com ml. As receitas desse canal são maravilhosas, dão uma água na boca que é difícil cair na real e ver que não podemos comer essas delícias no momento em que as vemos. :-(
