Jelly is not just a dessert for little kids. It can make a decadent dessert for the grown-ups too. My favourite flavour is strawberry, you can enjoy this recipe with your choice of flavours too.
Paired with the classic biscuit base and the condensed milk, this recipe will leave you wanting another serving.
Ingredients used:
For the biscuit base
• Digestive biscuits - 400 g
• Melted Butter - ½ cup
For the milk layer
• Condensed milk - 1 can
• Full fat milk - 2 cups
• Gelatine - 20 g
• Hot water - 2 tbsp
For the jelly layer
• Strawberry jelly cubes - 2 packs
• Hot water - 1 cup
