Thanks! I’m so happy to have found you. ❤I’m an empty nester living alone and I love all these recipes. I wish I could share a photo on RU-vid! I made the blueberry muffins this morning-with coconut milk. Gorgeous!
Just made these! Sooo good! I doubled the recipe and got 6 large muffins! I didn’t have almond extract so used all vanilla. Thank you for sharing this recipe! Everyone should try it🩷
Wow, amazingly I have all the ingredients on hand already! So I'll definitely be making this recipe. I may add some liquid stevia to the strawberries because I noticed when I've eaten baked goods with strawberries the strawberries don't taste sweet. And when you mentioned almond extract, it reminded me of when I'd make brownies with almond extract, 42 years ago, for the students in the residence hall where I worked, lol. Fortunately, I had a good dessert recipe booklet published by a food manufacturer, and the students loved the chocolate brownies and blondie brownies.
@@LeighAnneWilkes It added a little extra something. I didn't use a lot. Been so long can't remember that you could actually taste the almond. But I love chocolate with almonds, almond nuts and the taste of almond in amaretto sours but I hate almond flour.
Hi, in the beginning should we preheat oven to 425 degrees F ? Or just 350 degrees F I'm a bit confused. Im going to make it soon. Your reply would be appreciated 🙏
I would appreciate it if you could give me the recipe for 6 or 12 pcs muffins as I'm unsure what's the proportions of your recipe 🙏 Also, what temperature should I put for preheating oven as you said we need to put 425 degrees F at the beginning then reduced to 350 F ?
@LeighAnneWilkes hi, thanks for the reply. I ended up using another recipe from RU-vid, though I was writing down n ready to make. I realised it's only for a small batch recipe, but I need 6 or 12 to bake for my family. Would you mind telling me the proportion so I won't be confused. Thank you
