The frosting on these babies is to die for. I shamelessly licked the beaters and bowl clean. The cupcake reminds me more of a muffin, it’s a little dense and moist, I imagine from the berries. Never the less they are delicious and even my non keto tasters gave it a thumbs up. I store them in the fridge and when I want a tasty treat, I let it sit out for about 5 min. Such a delight. Thank you so much for creating and sharing such amazing recipes. If you create a patron account, you will be rolling in a whole different kind of dough =)

I made this last night and it turned out amazing! I added some anise seed and ground up freeze-dried strawberries. I also doubled it so I could freeze most of it. I'm very happy with how it turned out, not overly sweet and very delicious!!

I made this and it's delicious. However, if you're only making the cupcakes and not planning on doing the icing then I would double the amount of sugar to bring out the flavor more, at only a 1/4 cup of sweetener the cupcakes on their own aren't very sweet.

Made these Saturday and I must say...they were so delicious! I had another one on Sunday afternoon and the icing was soooo good out of the fridge, it was like the purée started forming little ice chips. Making with keto strawberry ice cream next time!

Just finished making these! Now waiting for them to cool and then frost! had to do 330F because of my gas oven for 25 minutes came out perfect! Cant wait to frost! Denise Shaw hi Denise! I didn’t spray my muffin cups. I just used a parchment paper muffin cups to prevent sticking. And it can be frozen, just pop it in the oven for reheating. Thank you!💞

I was making this days before, the taste are absolutely perfect!! But I was wondering when counting the carbs per each, there will be at least 18g per each, since there are 8g crabs per serving in Eythritol, so how is it come out 4.3g net crabs per serving? Please fix it if I’m wrong, I’m new in low carbs diet! Thanks everyone!

Moni Pin yoi can try tp steep it in 1/4 cup water and add it into your cupcakes in replace of the almond milk. For the frosting you can add it gradually until you reach the desired consistency and taste.
