Buddha Peanut Sauce Recipe:
1 Tablespoon chili oil (or olive oil)
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon crushed ginger
1 teaspoon chili paste
! Tablespoon soysauce or tamari
1 Tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup crushed peanuts
heat oil, add garlic and ginger...slowly mix in the rest of the ingredients, add crushed peanuts last....thicken or thin to taste

Aww love the birdies in the snow! Hey, naughty Cat! :D Love all the Fred family too! Great tips on make up products - thanks for sharing. Haha, you said Romaine Lettuce and I heard "Roaming Lettuce" ... so my mind goes straight to a vision of a large cartoon type lettuce carrying a suitcase and roaming around the countryside seeing all his relatives! Lol! :D MMMmmm your lunch looked so good! It's made me hungry so I'm off to grab a bite for lunch now. Mine will be leftovers of a Moroccan Spiced Pie I made last night. It is sooooo delicious! Now I am thinking of "Roaming Lettuce" too!!! Sure thing! It's not entirely vegan but just I substitute vegan margarine for the butter and either vegan yogurt or silken tofu for the yogurt&harissa sauce and I use Maple Syrup instead of Honey - which works really well! :0) I also add some potato or sweet potato to the butternut squash ;0) I hope you like it. After your last vlog, I decided to get back to my meditation. Just the kick in the pants I needed. A meditator for over 30 years and basically stopped with my last job and into disability. I needed to be reminded. Thank you! Totally understandable being low energy in pain for so long. I get it. Vent away! I suffered for 6 months and finally ended up with surgery on my right shoulder. why I waited so long-suffering... And I am not one to go for Drs. hospitals etc. if I have a choice. But when you need them, they can be a blessing. I had a bone spur, torn rotator cuff, and bursitis. I have found laying off grains and sugar helps immensely with inflammation. Did this for one month and lost 30 lbs!! Was not even expecting that! Kept it off too! About to do the same soon. Felt great and arthritis swelling and pain went away. Just saying. Senna is great! So fun seeing Carter! Thanks for sharing! Good luck on the MRI.

I feel like you do that people are tired of hearing about my hip but when it's our life and what we are living, it is so difficult to not talk about it. I see in the comments that you got some answers so I am hoping the specialist sets some treatment for fast relief for you. My son LOVES peanut chicken when we go to a Chinese buffet but I've never thought to make it at home. But I think I'll give this sauce a try. It looks so yummy and I bet he is going to love that just as much. I know it is probably just as frigid in your neck of the woods as it is here in mine. I am getting out for doctor appointments and tests; that's about it and I am perfectly fine with staying at home until it warms a bit.

So sorry you are still having issues with your shoulder. Sending prayers your way and hope everything goes well with your MRI. Does kind of sound like rotator cuff :(Probiotics for tummy problems. There are vegan ones out there. Glad you are on turmeric. I cook with it all the time, but for medicinal purposes add it last. Don't want to cook out anti inflammatory properties. You made me laugh with the Vicks, I LOVE Vicks vaporub. (Think I'm addicted to it haha). Carter is precious. Show more pics of your gorgeous son too. Love you sweetie, feel better.

Hi Cali! I am a long time viewer / first time commenter. I feel compelled to tell you how much I enjoy your videos and the wonderful way you have of making the viewer feel like a dear friend who’s sitting right there in the room with you. I feel a friendship with a kindred spirit and yet we never met. And to hear you are in pain makes me want to he. Mi don’t know enough about it medicinal properties of essential oils but I do know about Mobic (Meloxicam). Mobic is something that works best when taken consistently as it needs to build up in your system to work optimally. I also have the onset of rotator cuff issues as well a fairly recent knee replacement. I hope you find something that works to bring you relief. Thank you for sharing yourself with us . I want to make one :)I had the MRI , it showed a torn rotator cuff and a bone cyst...I have a followup appointment on Tuesday with a specialist....at least now I know what it is and can get it repaired and heal :) Hope you are having a wonderful week, Peace & Love

Hi love...Good luck with your shoulder. I've had hip & knee issues for years now (surgery coming on Jan. 16) . Hence, I've been on Mobic for a while now, which mostly works. Make sure you take it with food. Love your birdies, and love you.

Hi Cali - you and I get more alike every day! My husband and I had summer rolls on Christmas day!! We make little ones and dip them in the peanut satay sauce :) He also bought me a silver pentagram ring. I hope your MRI goes well and that you get some relief from your shoulder pain. Great minds think alike Sister :) I think the cat is my neighbors, he looks too well fed to be a stray....I was a crazy cat lady for most of my life (had 15 at one time once!) but this is the first time (In 5 years that I haven't had one)....my first instinct is always to adopt them lol....as long as he isn't eating my birdies he can stay....have a beautiful, blessed day, Peace & Love

I can recommend Welda Arnica tablets you can get these on amazon, this helps with healing, sorry you are in a lot of pain, hope you some relief soon.

That little kitty was looking for some trouble!! I would of loved to have seen that huge bird!! I love your wizard pen, I thought you made it!! I feel so bad about your shoulder, I am sure with this deep freeze, with wind chills isn't making matters any better for you. I'd like to recommend a book called, The Practice of Aromatherapy by Jean Valnet, MD. Have you tried Arnica? Or Traumeel pain relief ointment. Both of which are homeopathic and next to Tiger Balm, I swear by Traumeel, however I'm thinking your pain if off the chain but it doesn't hurt to try if you like. I can't believe how big your Carter is getting!! He was just a little bean the last time I saw him on your video. Time just marches on... Love your lunch, I finally found those wrappers at Walmart, ugh, but I couldn't find them anywhere else. Thank you for sharing, Love and healing light to you......peace..

Hope you get answers from MRI, I have been using Australian Dream cream for about a month, didn't really want to spend that kind of money for it (WOW) but did, MEH I find I need to use a ton of it to feel anything, Hope you have better luck. Feel better, love , peace and gentle hugs xx

Thanks Deb, I am not sure what she paid for it but I see it contains Emu oil too so that's not for me....I just received some CBD ointment and it is helping already...unfortunately the MRI showed a torn rotator cuff and a bone cyst so I will have to see the specialist on Tuesday...at least they can treat it...thanks for being here, Peace & Love

Happy New Year darlin' I wish you and yours all the Health, Happiness (and a tad prosperity wouldn't be out the question lol!) Yeah I hope you had a great holiday season and are looking forwards to 2018. I have been buying art supplies I got a heap of Sharpies for a couple of quid on Ebay as they were old stock and I immediately thought...alcohol ink ..there's nothing wrong with the Sharpies they all write beautifully but at that price I couldn't say no having been watching you. I need some PVA thats all and I am going to make those lovely tissue paper sheets that you came up with and use the first one to wrap my sister' s bodybutter in...I didn't want to trust it to the post so all the pre Christmas things I made for her and the bodybutter are travelling with me. Ok enough from me...I wanted to find out about your stray cat situation?

I'm new to vegan. My Dr keeps on me about protein because I don't like tofu veggie burger and I just don't know. Any suggestions on what to eat. I'm gonna make that peanut sauce. Thanks for that. You are so beautiful.

Ask your doctor where he thinks the animals you eat get THEIR protein from.......the answer?? PLANTS :) Just stay away from all meat, dairy and animal products, try to eat whole ,organic fruits and veggies , lots of potatoes and juices, good luck, thanks for watching and commenting , Peace &Love

Hi Linda :) The supplement is Biotin ...the tea is Yogi tea "Get Regular", I buy the Wet n Wild nail polish for a dollar at my local drugstore (walmart and other stores like it carry it as well :) )Hope you are having a great week, Peace & Love

Hey Cali! Those spring rolls made me hungry.. Lol I love anything with avacado!!! My daughter is vegetarian as is my 2yr old granddaughter and that child eats her weight in them daily!!! Lol I wanted to tell u... The Mobic.... Please be careful taking that stuff... It is really bad for your stomach.. It's known for stomach and intestinal bleeding... I honestly wouldn't take it... It really sucks to hurt and need relief but some of this crap these Dr's give out can cause more harm... Idk if u have ever tried this but u can take like a clean thick sock or u could make a bag.. And fill it with rice, and other topical herbs if u have them but just the rice is great and I tie it up and microwave it for a couple of minutes (it won't explode lol) but it produces a moist heat which your body can absorb better and really helps... Pain is a horrible thing to live with.. I do understand.. I'll keep you in my prayers and hope they find some answers that are noninvasive!!! Big hugs!!!

Hi Cristy, thanks so much for being so supportive, I will be making a rice bag this week ( I've also used salt in a bag in the past ) :)... I've decided not to take the Mobic, my stomach has taken enough of a beating with all of the Ibuprofen and it's not good for me to take with my Coumadin either...anyway , unfortunately the MRI showed a torn rotator cuff and a bone cyst so I will have to see the specialist on Tuesday...fingers crossed for a great outcome...thanks for being here, Peace & Love

Cali Black dang sweetie when it rains it pours doesn't it? I wonder what caused the cyst to Form? I can see how u prob tore it, u use your arms ALOT I'm sure.. I'm so sorry!!! Keep me posted please! I'll keep you in my prayers... I'm glad u aren't taking that mobic.. Especially being on blood thinner... U should start making wellness bags and fill them with rice rosemary and maybe eucalyptus.. Or some herbs that you know work well.. U forgot to tell u and I bet u were wondering who the heck I am.. Lol.. I was using my husbands email as Michael Smith and having to tell everyone who I was.. So I made me one... Anyway just in case you were wondering... Lol Love and Light to u!!!!
