Haven and Star Lost are usually the ending songs in SKZ concerts! Chan said he wrote Haven as an ending concert song in mind to remind us we can always find a haven in skz and in stays :)

I have the feeling your impressions/expectations are still being affected by the common music industry practice of making 90% of songs about romantic love. That's not SKZ. They have a very small number of love songs. They have an even smaller number of songs that cannot reasonably be interpreted as anything other than specifically romantic love (most are either love of self or love of _someone_ who is not necessarily a romantic interest). Virtually nothing before 2021 will be one of those rare "has to be a romantic love song" songs. ☺️ Phobia was made not that long after WJ left the group -- a period in which their self-made family had just suddenly lost its eldest member and de facto co-leader, fair-weather fans were leaving in droves, hate and blame and KYS messages were being thrown from all sides at the remaining members, and they didn't know if their group was even going to survive. Phobia is an expression of the stress and fear and anxiety of the period in which it was written and is a song for the fandom (hence many of the lyrics, including things like "stay with me"). So yes, it's a love song of sorts -- to STAY (which is actually true of probably 1/2 to 2/3 of their "love" songs). Yes, it's Han doing the high ad libs in the background of Phobia. The title of TA is typical SKZ wordplay. TA/타 is both "get on" and "burn." Hence the references to both in the lyrics. Haven is very much intended directly for fans, yes. It's packed with SKZ/STAY references ("step out," SKZ's standard group intro; the mention of the compass, which is central to SKZ and also where their lightstick gets its name; "I wanna STAY with you"; etc). The fandom name was almost HAVEN instead of STAY, so this is literally named after STAY via an inside reference known pretty much exclusively within the fandom. ☺️ 8.01 pm is one of the ways they reference one of the important numbers that are often incorporated into SKZ songs and vids. The two most significant and oft-repeated are 801 and 325 -- August 1 (STAYs' bday) and March 25 (SKZ's debut date).
