Lol u done dragon punch against Vega numerous times and he got dizzy yet when u cornered M. Bison and done the same thing not once did he get dizzy wtf 🤷♂️
Yes u are right, on the actual arcade 3 hits with either hard punch or hard kick would make them dizzy however on Raspberry or Retro Pi it takes 4 hits most of the time to make them dizzy yet if they get u 3 times u get dizzy
Each move adds a certain amount of points towards dizzy status, and extends the time until the points are reset back to zero by a different amount, and on top of that, there's some RNG involved where those numbers might go up or down. That said, Bison probably just has a higher stun threshold because boss armour.
