No he’s the strongest warrior he’s not lost, he’s on a journey to find a warrior as strong as himself. When he reaches that point in his journey during Asuras wrath , he takes the form of (Oni the incarnation ) or the (Rakshasa demon from Hinduism/Buddhism )a demon with murderous intent who commits murderous acts with extreme violence .(this can be found by studying the Hindu and Buddhist religions).

I disagree. He knows what strength is as he undeniably has plenty of it and he CONSTANTLY trains harder than every other character we've ever seen. His problem is that he thinks his way is the only way or that it's the "best" way. He doesn't see the power of nothingness as near what he can accomplish, so he constantly gets surprised by it. He's already beaten psycho power, he's already beaten whatever Gill was, so it's easy to see why he feels that way. I would love to see him take an "uncle iroh" approach and incorporate different energy philosophies, but that's not gonna happen. That's more Ryu, I guess. Anyway, I'm clearly too invested in a fighting game storyline.

I disagree slightly. I think he IS evil just not as evil as his demeanor would imply. Killing your brother and master to prove a point and attempting to corrupt a reasonably innocent youth like Ryu and deprive him of his free will JUST to have a better sparring partner are pretty reprehensible. Certainly not as evil as people like Bison/dictator and possibly Urien/Gill. Who murder, manipulate and poison peoples lives intentionally with little care.

Yeah he seems to be true neutral. His methods are pure strength, instead of Limitation or withdrawal from the martial art. He’s a force of nature, just like Galactus.

I wouldn't call him a "necessary" balance, nothing about Akuma or his ideals are "necessary" They're just wildly different from those we came to know as the heroes of the story. It's more accurate to say that Akuma is just a very morally complex person... his "evil" merely being his desire to find strong people to fight to the death, but ultimately outside of that being a pretty ok guy who typically likes to keep to himself. Which is to say... alot of the perception that Akuma is evil really does stem from the way he looks and presents himself... I would go as far as to say he likes to think that he has more murderous intent than he truly does. For all the times he could have killed Ryu in their fair 1 on 1 fights... he chose not to... he wanted to see Ryu get stronger so they could keep fighting... which in and of itself goes against his self proclaimed creed.

@@JokersVsZombiesa serial killer is a person who kills for the sake of killing. Akuma does not do that. He kills to become the ultimate warrior. That’s all Akuma is, really: a warrior

The Penance Stare would have no effect on Akuma. It was made as a measure of vengeance upon those who torture the innocent. Akuma takes great care to not do that. Getting whacked by Akuma is something you have to earn, either by being a great warrior, or by being actually evil enough to piss him off.

​@@BridgetGX Akuma is the Strongest Being In SF next to Gill and Few others his power is evil but not himself, yes he killed his master and brother in a fade it was a fair fight for a less Powerful version of Akuma , Killing Bison was justified as frowned upon the fights with his master and brother it strictly Combat in era that had outdated thinking.

You do understand his intentions, its the same as Ryu, but, unlike Ryu he doesn't bother with small fry (and he kills his opponent ). Akuma goes straight to the top and ignore the weak, where as Ryu tends to give everyone who wants a shot a shot. But Akuma has made it clear, hes looking for a fight against the strongest warriors, and he can quicky know if someone is weak/sick, and not worth his time.
