Ryu gets a fight. Ken gets a bride. E. Honda gets food. Blanka gets his mother. Guile gets others' love. Chun Li gets redemption/a free spirit. Zangief gets a Russian dance. Dhalism gets his family. Balrog gets fighting supremacy. Vega gets beauty supremacy. Sagat gets a rematch. M. Bison gets...world domination... ...well, comparatively, ain't it nice to be Bison?
0:43 "Already seeking the next challenge, Ryu walks calmly in place. staring at a red giant star hanging menacingly in the sky about to go supernova, as the same 8 trees on either side of him shift 4 feet to the north and then back again to where they started."
Yea I remember playing this game all day and I beat the game at only 3 years old becuase I was taught by a street fighter master when I was 3 so I went on to beat the hell out of m.bison AND I CRUSHED HIM (I was morbid when I was 3 through 10) but now at 13 years old I think about when I played street fighter and my battle legacy lives on in CALL OF DUTY
Enigmatico Enigmático Most definitely, with all the characters, the fighting moves, no other fighting game did it like street fighter before. Opened the doors for mortal kombat teken etc.
6:48 I'm glad they corrected the order of the BGM played during Chunli's ending in the home ports. It's suppose to be the somber theme first, and then the celebratory/jovial theme last.
When Gorbachev said that Zangief needed to celebrate in the "appropriate Russian fashion" I thought the next scene would be of them both drinking vodka.
@@youtuber3328 yeah I was more referring to the references to “the ghetto” and how they somehow connected his winning the Street Fighter tournament with “The American Dream”.
The endings back in 1991 felt like Capcom originally wanted to end Street Fighter's lore on a high note through only the second game. Because the World Warriors seemed like they all retired from tournaments and street fighting just to live freely or spend their lives with loved ones.
Thank god for the Sprite edits in this version, Ryu looks more badass in this version, the original arcade Eliza looked messed up as hell, Guile and his family look slightly more realistic, and so on
guiles alternate ending... "killing bison will only make you a murderer!". bison laughs and with a villanous grin says "charlie gargled my balls naked in the heat before I killed him" guile gasps, and in a sudden burst of rage starts to ravenously pound bisons face to a mush while screaming "Chaaarrrliiiieee!!!" bison defecates himself from the beating and after guile murders bison, he ends up getting tazed by the ever so punctual police and gets sent to prison. guiles daughter ends up getting addicted to drugs, his wife ends up stripping at a run down bar outside of town to make ends meet and guile is subject to vicious prison rapes by a crazed and horny Sagat.
The problem with my endings: Capcom keeps putting my personal love life into everything as if Eliza is the only person I knew my entire life. Where's my dad, Danton Masters? Flashbacks of my sensei, Gouken? The Masters Hotel chain that I currently run? And the Pan-American Fighting Championship tournaments that I won? There are hardly any of my endings featuring those things.
i don't understand why they give to Barlog, Sagat and Vega a type similar evil ending like Bison, for example in Street Fighter 2 New Challengers, they have a personal ending, that has nothing to do with Bison, the personal ending are more cool
Wow, what a cop-out those last 4 were with exactly the same graphics/music just different text! And M.Bison's words could have done with a proof read too... Obviously whoever came up with the original endings wasn't available on the Championship Edition 😒
Well, the ending music for Big 4 lasts for a few minutes and really makes me feel a little vomit...... Still thanks for uploading, I'm totally idiot of FTG :(
