I'm 58 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, we are finding it impossible to replace it. We can get by, but cant seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 40years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for

Love your and Phuc map's content! We just got back to the US from Saigon on Saturday. Got to finally meet at wife's family in person in Vietnam. It was such an amazing experience, the people there are so friendly and so much fun. I tried looking out for some of you RU-vidrs and even got to a couple of the spots you folks have featured. Truly an experience of a lifetime, hope I get to go back sometime. Keep the videos going!

Very nice video for sharing local foods Chris , glad for you to meet Phuc Map , he is a famous in VN as I saw some his videos . He speaks Vietnamese very fluently and clearly. He made me lol as he mentioned that when first arrived in VN with 83kgs after married , now he is 100 over.

You can have most or all of these back in CA if you still miss these foods. In Westminster CA, they have a night market every Friday night at the Asian garden mall(Phuoc Loc Tho) selling Vietnamese street food. Bring cash. Garden grove and Westminster in CA both have a huge Vietnamese population. Located 30 minutes south of LA. Glad you enjoyed yourself.

Great video. Never knew of this guy PhucMap but what a great teacher…I love how he was easily able to pass such great info over about history and explaining translation of words! But was he wearing shorts or pants lmaoo. One leg looked like shorts and the other pants ripped at keee
