During the lunge I was hyping myself up to get into a plank for our vinyasa 😂 I forgot it was strictly standing. I enjoyed it and built up a little heat! Thank you as always nico!

I've only just discovered your channel, but it never even occurred to me that there are standing practices for when I'm traveling and don't necessarily want to do yoga on a hotel room floor! Really great practice - gentle, but allowed me to stretch as well as strengthen my legs. Thank you! I will be checking out more of your videos.

This was such a good practice! Stretched out my entire body and not just my legs and core! great shoulder stretch, side body, back and then of course the core, hamstrings, inner thighs, quads Such a good morning yoga session!
