Thank you Dave. This February will be a year for me on the cellerciser and I am doing so much better my back is better my right shoulder is better I am so happy. Still working on weight loss. I have loss some of course counting my calories. But less pain in the body. Plus supplements my body needs to. Thank you.
How many times can you do the one minute sprint in a given workout? If i wanted to do 5 one minute sprints in one workout routine would that be too much?
I just bought mine 2 weeks ago. I can’t get the Jamba run down tho. Frustrating. I need to lose 30lbs and get my body stronger. I have MS and traditional exercise hurts me as it flares my nerve pain in my feet and back. This is so much easier for me. Glad I discovered you and the cellerciser. Thank you!
