As an 80-year-old with a Cellerciser I don't use it for high-intensive-interval-training (HIIT)! Although some 80-year-olds can do HIIT. But the fact that the Cellerciser is right there anytime I need it to do my low-level jumping is wonderful. I also use the performance bar while doing all kinds of stretching both stationary and while jumping. Stretching on the Cellerciser is nothing like stretching on the ground. I don't get out of breath but the all-around benefits are amazing.
I could say that your doctor could advise you but I won't. You are the one in charge and you are free to research all you can do for neurological pain including eating lots of liver if possible. Deficiencies in Vitamin B12 and B1 cause short-circuiting of the electric flow and start causing nerve issues. Eating a very low carbohydrate diet is also good. Sugar is really bad for your nerves. NOW THAT YOU ARE GIVING YOUR NERVES WHAT THEY NEED TO HEAL you can start testing the Cellerciser. The exercise should aid in healing the nerves. WHAT I CAN SAY IS THAT WHEN YOU ARE UP TO EXERCISE THEN THE CELLERCISER IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST WAY TO GO!
@@kathym6603 This question was for Dave. I did read you reply and I am doing everything I can to help but my Neuropathy is from nerve damage which cannot be fixed by changing my diet. I have spoke to my doctor and my doctor knows nothing about a solar Sizer so I figure Dave is the best person to ask.
I got this off the internet. "Once the blood clot has cleared and you've received clearance from a healthcare professional, then you can gradually start to increase your physical activity."
