This is my haircare routine and how I grew my hair over 10 inches in a year! When I first moved to NYC, I was super stressed and my hair started falling out like crazy. I ramped up my haircare routine and started including supplements, hair regrowth shampoo, and gave my hair a lot of extra TLC.

Thank you for this video! A simular thing happened to me when I moved to London from a very small town. When I came back home and saw my hairdresser she recommended nioxin and i've used it ever since! I love how cooling it feels. I also took viviscal hair tablets. Glad your hair is back to being healthy!

laura8520 ooooo! I’ll have to look into viviscal hair tablets - I’ve never heard of them. Isn’t the Nioxin squeaky clean feeling the best??

Thanks for the video. I am glad your hair is back to being healthy. I keep my hair short, but I may look into trying that Biosil. The tips are great. Please keep them coming. I had baldness for a time, so I sort of understand your situation. Take care.

You have beautiful hair! Thanks for all the awesome tips!! I wanted to ask if you saw any excess hair fall after stopping biosil? I was reading some reviews on how you have to keep taking it in order for new hair to stay. This is the thing that's stopping me from starting the supplements. Thank you!

The tingling is from the peppermint essential oil in Nioxin I also use biosil for hair I used to have very fine hair and after using the biosil my hairdresser is amazed with how much thicker it is. I also only wash my hair ever three days I use an organic shampoo with no harsh chemicals 💕💕

I HOPE YOU SEE THIS - hope you answer!! 🥺🥺🥺 Did you see any effects of Biosil on your skin? (I have some hormonal acne) Do you prefer the liquid or tablet form of Biosil collagen? Would you continue taking Biosil if ever?

Hi!! I don’t think I noticed any effects of biosil on my skin- though I was breaking out a bit, it may have been stress related though. And I took the tablet form of biosil! If my hair started falling out again I would def take, but I stopped after I ran out because I didn’t want my body to become dependent on it! Hope this helps!

Did you see change in the volume of your face or on skin after taking Biosil? Perhaps you have a before picture of your face? Some people complained about volume loss / skin sagging.

I stopped birth control about 5 months ago and 3 months in my hair was falling out. I bought the Biosil pills but I having acne from it , I had no pimples before using this pills. They do work but just an FYI that acne is a side effect. I will continued it until my hair gets on it is normal cycle.

@@chaichai0724 I took one in the morning with my other vitamins, and when I remembered, i would also take one at dinner. I was about 50/50 consistent with the evening one!
