Sometimes, I don't feel like writing in my journal. Instead, I fill the page with random patterns using various colorful media like watercolor, colored pencils, ink markers, and even my waterproof sketch ink. It's been fun and I enjoyed making this art spread without the pressure of perfection that I usually strive for. Let us all just embrace the mess, and make stress-free art!

Hello! I have been binge watching your videos since I discovered it and it has helped me a lot in my journey to be a little bit more appreciative of imperfection. I have been journalling for a long while now and all the while I have always been insecure about it because rather than it being a creative outlet, I became so obsessed with details and it eventually lead me to giving it all up because I just couldn't achieve the standards that I put up for myself. It lead to having loads of unfinished notebooks. Through your videos, I took a deeper dive on mindless journalling or journalling without inhibitions and now, although it's not as I thought it would turn out, it shows the real me. Thank you very much and I hope you make more videos. P.S. i apologize for this lengthy comment. I just thought Ihad to let you know how much this helped me become much more stable and grounded mentally 💕 love from the philippines
