Using sound can be therapeutic and help improve stress response and vagal tone, even the most simple of sounds made by your own internal humming or by a singing bowl. This video is a brief overview of how to do that.

Wonderful video, however my breath capacity is almost half of yours and can’t keep humming as much 😢 How can I increase my breath capacity? I have issue with a soft voice which make it super hard to be heard by people in a crowd. Any recommendations is much appreciated.

While I can't make recommendations without patient-provider privilege/relationship, I can say that quite often increasing breath capacity is simply dependent on practicing more. Figuring out why the voice is difficult to project is typically a pressure problem - balancing breath with core and pelvic floor input, and also making sure the orofacial area and cervical spine are not restricted and tight. Orofacial Part 1 and 2 could shed some light on that - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-K5r7bekxbyQ.html

When the fingers are under ribs and they push out while doing the humming what does it mean? Weak diaphragm, needing diaphragm work Sorry I didn't explain myself right hope I am now 😅 Ty 😊
