TBH just come out with weighted hair clips. I bought a couple of boxes from Target. I really like them.

I have low porosity hair which takes a long time to air dry so, I use a diffuser to help my hair dry faster without heat damage. Like everything else just don’t overdo it. Also, I made my own hair weights by using hex nuts from the hardware store. Using the hex nuts helps to control how much weight to use so that I keep curl definition.

I use a headband to stretch out my hair. I'm team no heat myself (accept when I decide to silk press my hair once or twice a year). Thanks for your honest review.

I use hair ties myself sometimes. Generally I like using the blowdryer though, I find i get the best stretch that way but that also isn't every time I style my hair. Only if I'm going out out and I need my hair to be banging a lil bit extra hahaha

Nice to see how it works..I like the side without it tho....you know I stretch my hair but put the clips to my roots so that the curl pattern gets less distorted

You know I've never tried that method. I'm just to used to the blow dryer. I must try it one of these days

I was waiting for this review as I'm team no heat lol. It might work eh but the added work and time to wake up with a possible headache is a deterrent lol. Thanks for your honest review 🙌🏾
