Really nice videos. Advice for my fellow begginers: don't over-do it! Make sure you feel some pain though, that's how you know you're progressing. I did the whole white belt series by going back to the same class over and over until I'd get it right! :) You can do it!
This is awesome during quarantine!!! I did the routine for a week and i feel like a superhero!!!! And i think can do further on my split !!!! Thank you so much !!!!
Man this routine has helped me out a lot,I can touch my toes without bending my knees and I can kick higher, and ive noticed a great improvement on getting the full splits
Third day and i can see the improvement!!! First time split i cant touch my left foot, and third time i can touch it!!!! Thankiu very much for ur video!! Keep it up!!
Um. Do you have a modified version for people who aren't halfway where you are? Like an adult returning to training after some years off, or an average untrained person. Watching you in this video could be inspiring or demoralizing, depending on the individual. I followed along and guessed at how to proceed when I couldn't do exactly what you did, on the theory that any stretch is better than none at all.
Thanks for putting in the effort! You might have to do just halfway on many of the movements for example, and go a little deeper each time you return to this routine. We are considering doing a series of routines that would be more well-suited for you, make sure you subscribe and keep it up.
Me after seeing this:✨🤩✨ I just started taking taekwondo classes and we always do this first thing in class, same routine like in the video, but they didn't teach us the proper way so i was having a hard time with our stretching routine. I was soo embarrassed that i can't even do a split unlike the younger kids in our class (i was the oldest since all of them were kids, like literally kids in grade school😭)
I am a 40 years old mother interested in starting TKD after my children started learning (my middle got Bronze medal). These are brutal. I cannot even do a half-split. I am skinny and thought it would be easier. Should I keep going or there are other methods? Thank you
