Stretching Routine:
Single arm cross body arm stretch
Left and Right side stretch
Optional: above the head single arm tricep stretch, neck rolls, etc.
Standing pike
Standing middle straddle
LEFT LEG:
Single leg straight leg straddle stretch
Lunge | knee off of floor
Lunge | knee on the floor
Stay in lunge with knee on the floor, grab back foot and pull up
Move to a single leg hamstring stretch.
Repeat on RIGHT LEG in reverse order.
Standing pike
Standing middle straddle | roll up slowly
Bent leg standing straddle | release left and right shoulder forward one at a time.

Before watching your videos I had absolutely no idea what to do at the gym. I would either just walk/run on the treadmill or not go at all. Watching your videos helped me make a weekly workout routine... sometimes I even watch them at the gym and do the workout along with the video lol. Thanks so much for the help girl!!

I've been working out in the gym for the past month. I've fallen in love with it which is huge for me because I've been skinny my entire life so never cared to work out. After 3 kids, and turning 30 last year (let's talk about old for a minute), I finally got the desire to give working out a try. My husband is a baby... he's 2 years younger than me ;) and he's in very good shape. Has always loved going to the gym so you can imagine his excitement when I wanted to get on board. Anyway... moral of the story. My adductors were super tight from working them out and not stretching properly. I took a week off from the gym, got majority of my flexibility back in my adductors... stretched it out tonight, and I am doing my nightly routine before bed, which consists of stalking your vids and getting fit tips and food prep ideas... and how ironic this is the video you posted! It was meant to be! So thank you for sharing!! I'm going to get better about that stretching!!!

Love the flow of this this stretching routine! I like to add a plank and a tiny bit of yoga(downward dog and child's pose and a few others). It's great for a lower back and ab warm up. Keep up the great vids Whit!

Great video Whitney. Can you please do a video on your weight loss journey? How many calories were you eating? How much cardio vs. weight training were you doing to lose the weight. How did you handle the hunger that comes with weight training. I recently started weight training and am finding that my appetite has increased. I don't think this is a good thing since I should probably be eating less not more to lose weight/fat. Thank you!
