I AM 81 YRS OLD AND HAD A GROUP FROM A LOCAL CHURCH COME AND PAINT MY HOUSE, WEAD AND PLANT FLOWERS AROUND. I CAN NOT TELL YOU HOW MUCH IT MAKES MY HEART HAPPY TO SEE IT ALL. I JUST SIT AND LOOK AND THANK THE LORD FOR THOSE WHO CARED ENOUGH TO DO ALL THE WORK FOR ME. I ENJOY WATCHING YOUR AND SAM'S WORK. I LIKE TO LEARN HOW YOU FIGURE OUT ALL THE DETAILS FOR RESTORING STONE BUILDINGS.
Thank you for Sean - this video was wonderful and relaxing to watch (the sound of water ❤) Enjoyed your Lawn race track antics cutting the grass areas with the ride on Mower 😆 - your garden is beautiful 😍 as thr saying goes - a Change is as good as a rest 😎
I find it good to have a trug (a plastic bucket with handles) at hand to put the extra rubbish in so you aren't doing the same job twice. Then use it or throw it. A small section at a time eventually makes you a beautiful garden.
Wow, you sure transformed the fountain and it's surroundings quickly! I like the fact that you have different levels of ground and gardens and of course the cottage and other buildings....kind of like your own cozy little village....so nice and natural.
Nice to have a balance of activities. The fountain is wonderful. I enjoy seeing the cottage reno, but there are only so many ways you can describe the back wall :D So, again, the break to the garden was nice.
fountain looks great! I’m always impressed by your ideas. I really enjoy your mixed content and the fact that I never know what to expect. This makes your videos very entertaining. Great job!
Sean, your fountain and surrounding garden turned out beautiful! One day you will enjoy your cottage sitting with a cup of tea in front of the fire remembering all your hard work! All good things come in time!! Love from Penn, USA 💕🌷🐻
Amazing intellectual challenges that you solve, Hercules. You certainly are a master of many arts. I love your videos with Lady Sam and the lions. Your stoney estate are a sight to behold.
Sean the solution to extracting water from your well, given the head you mentioned, is to use an electric submursible one. These have been around a very long time and you may even be able to get used or refurbished ones.
Hi Sean and Sam 👋 I just wanted to tell you that I absolutely love your videos! And for some reason, you inspire me to get more done with my place. And for that I thank you. Please take your time and don't overdo it. Sore backs are a pain in the butt(literally) I am looking forward to seeing your next video. Love, Light, and Peace to All ❤✨️ Cheers 🍻 from Pennsylvania.
The garden and cottage are looking good. I've noticed something lately that I wanted to bring up. Whatever you and Sam are doing you're both looking fabulous. Both of you have done a fantastic job working together. Keep up the goid work.☺️
The area with the fountain looks great and you can sit down and watch/hear the water flow. How peaceful that sounds. You are both doing a wonderful job at cleaning the place up. Have a great day
Beautiful garden you have so much going on to enjoy for family and visitors :) always good to be careful and pace work :) great team work Sam and Sean :)
I like what you've done with the fountain ⛲ and garden. Your lawn mower is built to last. We had one just like it. The cottage is coming together. I look forward to seeing your videos. Hi Sam. It was nice to see you . Enjoy.
I'd DEFINITELY consider a rope tied or again connected to that well lid just in case it ever fell through. It would be hard to replace it with another the same size I imagine.
Just curious, and I only thought of it because of our extreme weather. What happens if the moisture gets in, and then freezes before it can dry naturally? We have that issue with our roads which are always needing replacement what with the freeze/thaw cycle.
Sean, I'm fascinated by the cottage wall foundation...do you think that a layer of gravel underneath the fabric/liner is a good idea also ? Just thinking that the fabric/liner stuff could get clogged from underneath maybe ? I'm no expert tho
Ivy, is a nightmare! In my last house we had ivy and it took over some gardens and fencing, I was trying to pull some up and herniated some discs in my back, excruciating pain and long recovery. Eight plus years later and I still have issues with my back if I’m not very careful. Mind you it originated from a small amount of ivy in a pot plant and some escaped 😵
Nightmare stuff ivy, yes still suffering 20 yrs later from an industrial injury to my back, just keep pushing forward, as Iam always aware lots of people are in much worse health.
