Striped Bass Fishing In The Fog

Insane striped bass action in thick fog. You will see A LOT of fish caught in this video and I am not even showing you all of it. I also captured a huge fish caught by someone else. Such a great day even though I had about 100 feet of visibility at times.
If you fish for striped bass in New Jersey or Long island, you can probably relate to this kind of action.

What an awesome day Eric. I was glad to be part of this day and nailed my personal best that day with a 47" bass. My son also had his personal best. With that fog and action it will be one to remember. Awesome video!!!

yeah Jason... heading out again. Need to take advantage of when the bite is hot. Plus, I think the gator blues will be in (if they arent already) and they will dominate. On this trip, it was all bass.

Good luck in the morning. Take whatever the water gives you and dont be afraid to quit on the spot, load up and drive to another place if you need to.

Ankin, thanks for watching. The best advice I can give you is to use yellow or white and try multiple depths. The speed also varies. I found that changing the speed and adding some twitches and hesitations resulted in more strikes. I think that is more important than the actual speed.
