Oh man, he has sure the pressure of all the flashbacks of needin a father, but don't having one. And then in front of all the people. This man is rly strong.
Exactly my thoughts. I was just scrolling through all the comments to find someone saying this so I don't have to. And now I'm writing a comment either way so I could've written it aswell. 😂🤦🏽♀️
I like stromae, he is French, he is kind of unique, but his voice is just ok. Also I dont feel it powerful at all. Always same drunk type of performance, still I like it very much.
Everything about this performance is powerful: the melody, beat and lyrics (!) of the song, not to mention Stromae's voice: so tender, yet so reverberating... And the way the guy exhales energy through his moves, wow!
Yeh obviously you hadnt been on a stage under lights.. lights+anxiety+summer+10k people sweating and breathing.. you would sweat even if youre sleeping 🤦♂️👌
I would never have expected to be this touched by a man simply standing and singing. You can see how he's facing his deamons, or he's an astounding actor, anyway somehow it hit me hard
Artysta orginalny i cudowny..Piosenka po prostu łapię za serducho... Cofnęłam się do tego koncertu i to jak on czuje się na scenie i 100% oddaje siebie to jest cudowne nic lepszego spotkać nie można ❤️
Can you imagine how cathartic it must be to make other people dance based on your pain? It’s beautiful! As a father, every time I hear the “Everyone know how to make babies, but know one knows how to make dads” I start crying!
Stromae : *sing a song about his dad who died in genocide* Crowd : *happy and dancing like there's no tomorrow* It's not music, it's magic Edit: thx for the likes/ merci pour les j'aimes 😌 Plus de 500 likes ?! Vous êtes des fou 😂😂😂 / A little more than five hundred likes ?! You guys are crazy 😂😂😂
@@watchulla well your reply isn't useful at all .... I mean every song speak with a "message" to the people who listen... He speak about his dad who died in african genocide. He's just saying this "softly"
Adrien Dubuc oh i thought it was about his dad who left him his whole life but came back when he got fame n money.. I thought the whole meant of papa outai was “where were you papa?”.
@@iya.mariiyalast month he cancelled multiple European tour dates and then this month he cancelled the rest of the tour. As far as new recorded music goes he released an album, Multitude, back in 2022 along with a Camilla Cabello collaboration single. He did an NPR Tiny Desk concert less than a year ago, also.
Ralph Süchodolski Thinking about my future gives me the Anxieties. So The laughing emoji was just kinda like a Agreement for me. But I know its not funny for me to laugh tho. Your comment kinda Attacked me 😅
As a 55 year old I still enjoy my old vinyl. Buying some new records every now and then. This true artist made me want to buy his music on vinyl, as I think he's that good and original. Can't say the same of a lot of other music that has come out over the last decade or so.
@@Victor_2000sbattery life was shit back then, cell reception non existent there with 60k people. Power banks weren’t too common and no power outlets at the festival site. I just took an old Nokia there. Dang I feel old now.
This hits hard if you know the lyrics, i mean, the lyrics are basically about an absent dad but this takes a complete different meaning when you know the fact that Stromae's dad died during a civil war on his country. It's not an angry sort of question. "Where were you dad?" but instead it says "I miss you dad"
went on a trip to quebec in february, this song was a constant replay during road trips. funny how it suddenly gets recommended, glad more people get to hear this masterpiece lol
Omg his moves and everything on stage is so impressive he should have got a Grammy he’s talented in so much ways I used too always re play this video when I was little now I look black it’s still gold
