I love how all these men are making her feel like a million bucks. Not because they are flirting, but because they are recognizing her strength and accomplishments. Then to top it off, telling her to hold and and showing her how strong she really is
Women don’t need men to “show them” how strong they really are. She should feel strong because she is strong…not because men gave her the validation. The whole “woman power” thing gets on my nerves…it’s like “women are now strong and powerful because us men say so”. Men are still the judge.
@Britt1Marie calm down. Are you having a bad day or something? He's literally saying that they're being encouraging. What's wrong with that? We all need to be encouraged at some point. Jeezus crice chill...
@@Britt1Marie It's not an either/or situation, we!rdo. She can feel strong by her own standards *_AND ALSO_* be made to feel strong by the actions of males who are literally born to be stronger. It's okay to let men be encouraging to women. Talk about sour grapes...
These strong men are the opposite of the loser males in these comments who are probably shaped like a stick or a bag of mayo and hating hard on this woman 🤣
@@rebeccadixon189Exactly. As a woman, it’s not often we get this kind of attention without it being weird or creepy and it’s genuinely really sweet to see these guys so genuinely hyped and happy for her
I don't understand why everyone thinks 45 is old & that we are all supposed to look horrible & be on our death bed?! 45 is still young, you can look & feel great just like this lady. if you change your way of thinking & take care of your body.
My mom and dad are 68 and they looks young again because they workout, they eat healthy and drink alkaline water everyday, they also fasting for 24 hours.
45 isn’t old at all, only if you let yourself get old like most people do. I’m 46, eat right, exercise, and I don’t stop moving. I’m a size 6 and I feel like I’m in my 20s lol.
45 for women is tough if you haven't been in shape to begin with. That big life change is usually pretty debilitating. Her fitness level is impressive. She's in better shape than most younger women.
This is so awesome. I’m 31 and in the process of getting in the best shape of my life. Already lost 70lbs and fell off for a sec, but I’m back to it. Gonna start hitting these weights hard
It's also the diet Can't work off a bad diet. Of course " bad" is up to your discretion . Me personally I'm stuck at a certain weight although I wouldn't mind being 10 # lighter .
Shouldn’t of been fat in the first place, what happened to fat is fabulous, guess who these men would rather hook up with? Not you. Get your act together, been going to the gym my whole life I’m 48 and fit 18 year old girls hook up with me all the time and the obese ones always get jealous, well that’s your fault
And there you have it! Age really is just a number and the real fountain of youth is WORKING OUT 🏋🏽♀️!!!! She looks 10 years younger and in amazing shape 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 you go girl!!! 💪🏽😝
I love the fact that she is so strong and happy, and the men who are supporting and encouraging her to do better, instead of discouraging her and putting her down. They all look so happy and I love it!
I ❤ all the support and encouragement as much as I ❤ how strong she is! The world would be a better place if we all could behave this way! Thanks for sharing the love and positivity!!
You know is real when hypeman sounding like a dying goat😂 Edit: didn’t know this many people knew the sound of crying goats💀 Thanks for the 2.6k likes lfg!
😮She doesn't look 45!!! (45 is not a bad age, but she looks younger). Great work! I love the way the guys are encouraging her. This should be men and women interactions more often. Best vibes ❤️
Bringing people together through pull ups. That's real shit. Good on everybody in this. Nuff respect to that lady. She's a boss up there setting the example.
@@mabhodlelajj1195 Haha. Maybe it's just me, but a bunch of dudes with a public workout setup for any and all people to step up, give it a go and have some fun in the process, seems pretty uniting to me. Not to mention the promotion of healthy living and an active lifestyle; or the motivation received by watching others step up and execute ( like this woman featured.) How could anyone stand and take part and still be focused on their personal differences whether they be politics, religion, ethnicity, gender, etc? But hey, I find value in the simple things. Maybe I'm just not up to your high standards. To each his own. Enjoy your weekend Mr. Eye roller.
@@ZeroOne46 you wouldn't be talking about "unity" thing here if the was no white person involved. My point is that. Why always talk about "unity"as if people are devided all the time when a white person is involved. UNITY UNITY UNITY🙄.Chill broe jeez.
@@mabhodlelajj1195 Mr. Eye roller you might be on to something there. You're not entirely wrong....or right. Just listen for a minute, or open your eyes and look for just a second, and you'll hear and see the ever growing polarization between white and black, men and women, straight and non-straight, left and right, vaxxed and non-vaxxed. It's getting to the point when people are actually calling for segregation of sorts. This is reality. Though I am very chilled, I won't pretend that nothing is happening around us, and that we shouldn't appreciate those who are willing to let those divisive campaigns fall to the wayside in favor of embracing each other. Now I'd presume there were a variety of people passing through and taking part, not only a white girl. That's just all we see, but the show was on before, and continued after the camera lens were closed. So my comment pertains to those as well, because everyone is being affected one way or another by the constant division being thrown our way. Sure! There would be diversity of various sorts if it was only black people being featured, but those aren't being pushed with agendas as much as the ones highlighting our various degrees of skin tones. So where you prefer to keep your mouth shut because you see nothing worth appreciating, I'll speak up and express my appreciation. Just because you don't see value here doesn't mean you should be mad at those us who do. If it makes you uncomfortable that's not my problem. I wasn't taking anything away from this video, but simply offered my appreciation. Heck, this woman wasn't scared of a bunch of black dudes gathered together doing their thing. Yes! I appreciate that because sometimes fear or suspicion is the thing that grips the heart and mind. And besides, "one man's junk is another man's treasure." I really don't understand why you coming with such negative energy over such a positive video and my positive comment appreciating what I GOT from it. You're the one who REALLY needs to chill, lol. But all love, man. I'm not mad at you...even if you caused me to write this longhass note. YIKES!
@@ZeroOne46 think I'm gonner read all that bullshit you wrote🙄.What I said still stands. You Dont need to pull "unity" crap when ever white person particularly a woman is involved.Simply.
I’m not going to take anything away from her, she’s a beast and deserves all the credit in the world, but it’s important we strive for accuracy, esp in media reporting. Those are chin-ups, my guy
All the young uns in the comments who think 45 is 'old' 😂 my karate instructor was about 70 and fitter than any of us in cardio, strength and sets. He just dominated. And he looked pretty normal and had no major physical issues. Made me realise how important exercise and activities are and how much we, the average westerners, have totally fallen off.
That's why I wake up at 5:15 and feel happy the whole day after my workout. I'm 41, and people give me 30 or less. It's totally worth it!
@@ASMRyouVEGANyetnope ! You train yourself to wake up early. It requires a tone of discipline and it’s not easy. It’s definitely not inherent, but you can work on it
Epic! Notice the PROPER pull ups with her shoulders/ chest HITTING THE BAR EVERY TIME, except the last which she held for at least 15 seconds without moving!!!!!!!!
I know im a dude but in my experience its not that hard to hold it in that position even after that. But i get everyones different. Im not no strong person either lol
@@cornholioyo725 according to calisthenics experts chinups are easier and more intuitive biomechanically if it's at shoulder stance. Pullups which are overhand are easier with wider grip.
I love this video. She’s baddazz| I Remember that other video of the girl that was doing pull-ups and the guys were just staring and one other girl was rooting for her hyping her up. The energy of the men here is top tier, they’re encouraging and supportive >>>
You don't need to spend 1000s on cosmetics, creams, fillers, procedures... Strength training, good diet, intense workout and intense rest keeps you younger
@@georgewashington5746 Yeah but that doesn’t mean you can’t exercise though. I’m gonna assume you’re talking about the face when you say ugly. When people that are out of shape drop weight they usually look a lot better facially. Just saying
I want to achieve that as well! I'm 40 now, never have been able to do 1 pullup, but since two weeks I'm trying to. Not much improvement until now, but I won't give up! I still have 5 years to become as good as this woman😂
@@hashbrown4278 Nah. Pretty sure she didn't just wake up at 40 and decide to start hitting the gym. What you see is the culmination of long term healthy habits.
Shit that hits, I'm 30 and I wonder why Im not working as hard as I use to. Safe space right now, I don't want anyone who knows me personally to know that 👀💀
I think he only put that there bc she literally looks 30. It shows more of her strength. Obviously wasn't ashamed of her age or she wouldn't have told him.
Super factz! I have no idea why my upper body is no where near stronger than my lower body? Maybe because I'm designed to push out a baby... idk... but this is real tho...
I was a skinny girl of 105 lbs and did 9 pullups at a Marines recruiting contest. I won against all other contestants. 😊 She is very fit, bulky and much stronger than i was. She has massive arms compared to my little skinny arms. So I would expect her to do more. But it's still nice to see a strong lady doing pullups. It's difficult for women, we have less strength in our upper body.
Okay, this is inspiring me to start lifting weights and doing other workouts than just cardio. I'm almost 30 and want to be fit, healthy and look good for my 30's and 40's! She looks amazing 👏
@@coginthewheel779 Because I got a 22 year old niece and a 26 year old nephew with 3 kids. I dont feel like them nor do we have the same ways of thinking or acting. Plus, we dont look the same in age. I dont like when people say that. It makes no sense.
@@satana4ever329 Simp😂😂 hilarious!! Complimenting and simping are two different things. Discern exactly what was said, it was clearly a compliment and then I kept it moving!! @dizzy spitting facts unfortunately! One can Look for the positive or the negative, I choose the positive. When will humanity look for the good and positive in their fellow man and support em??
Those r chin up not pull ups, every man can do more chin ups than that, why to praise women u gotta put men down, despite men being the epitome of strength
@@_wayward_494 Actually, there is. Your biceps aren't active during pull-ups, which is why you'll see several people can do chin ups but not pull-ups. Still doesn't take away that she was amazing and could likely pull off the pull-ups too.
She couldn't even jump up to the pull up bar though. Edit: Not trying to be affensive but part of being athletic and fit is having lower body strength too. Especially for women. She did a good jump on pull ups though.
