WEIGHTED ABS
I've been wanting to do a routine like this for a long time (abs with dumbbells) but I had doubts about doing the whole sequence standing or lying down, so I've finally made a mix 😀.
The first part, that we will be standing, are exercises where we will also include arm and back work (it would not have been necessary to announce it because I think you will notice it 😉). The duration of which will be 30 seconds each and without breaks.
In the second part we will go to the ground and change the times. It will be 45 seconds of exercise and 15 of rest.
Throughout the sequence, a bell will notify us every time we have to make changes, this will help us to concentrate on the work we are doing and not constantly look at the clock 😉
I am going to use a dumbbell of 2 kilos, you can raise or lower the weight depending on your condition at the moment.
