No breaks, no mods, first half was rough but doable. Doable ONLY because I've been doing your practices for a year. The other night at the climb gym I showed someone a downdog to dolphin to chata to plank to chata to dolphin to downdog. They grunted one in, I said ok 5 more and they couldn't help but collapse laughing, like you gotta be kidding (and this person is a pretty solid climber. In their defense we had just climbed for 90 minutes)... I have a feeling they will soon be a new subscriber for you lol.
Have to say this is probably the most challenging workout I've had in awhile (I know it sounds bad haha) I couldn't keep up all the time but still so rewarding. Thank you for this
This really was next level, as advertised. I practice daily to your Yoga For Men series and just when I was starting to get confident you dropped this. Thank you for helping to keep me humble. Namaskar.
@@karthikks9976 Maybe find a mix that works for you. I do it like this: I tried out many and now I’m focusing on my favorite workouts while trying out new one’s every once in a while.
First time Ive ever fully escaped in shavasana…I almost screamed when you broke the silence. So many parts of this remind me that despite being a college athlete I’m still just at the beginning of my journey with a long way to go. The reward from leaving the mat after a session like this is priceless. Thanks!
I will try this tonight. And after a few rest days I might find the strength to comment. Great work, guys. It is often challenging but I do enjoy your classes.
I regularly complete the "25 Minute Yoga for Strength", so I thought that I was ready for this. Everything was great until the boat rocking haha If you're looking to be challenged, you've come to the right video!
It was so strong. Mistake to try this at the end of today’s session. But I’ll take it on tomorrow. You are one of the most amazing yoga gurus. I recommend you to a lot of my friends and patients.
It takes practice then you can lift both together. Maybe see a chiropractor for one session to straighten out any imbalances. It worked tremendously for me. I can now dolphin to chagaranda with good symetery.
Fantastic workout, and certainly a meditative practice. I for sure needed to be in that zone to make it through! Thank you to ya'll, and thank you to me! 😊
You're absolutely right about the practice of maintaining a steady breathe throughout the workout and applying it to stress throughout the day ----- It happened today سبحان الله and trying to focus on my breath helped a ton, thank you
That was awesome. Got it done on the first try and I m very proud of myself. Now i can kill 1-10 beers tonight without any regrets. Thanks, love you guys.
I want to take this moment to express the gratitude I have for you in sharing your practice Flow! It’s a pleasure to participate and learn from the time and hard work you have put in. Your a wealth of knowledge.
I’ve done a mixture of strength conditioning, calisthenics, and bar work throughout the previous few years. About a year young in yoga, and humbly I can say todays practice was the most rewarding in terms of challenges.🙏🏽
Honestly, I don't know what I did, I stumbled, I held the pose, I stumbled again but I didn't give up. I'm so proud of myself, by the time it ended I was soaked in sweat, followed it up with a yin practice.............. and a half an hour shavasana. So totally worth it.
Wow, this was really really strong. I wasn't able to do all the poses, I sometimes had to take a break or set the knees down, but I tried all my best and as Flo said at the end of the class, I'm proud of myself cause I showed up and I worked to improve myself. Thanks for another amazing class and inspiring words. See you tomorrow on the mat ❤🙏
This was so challenging! I found myself in constant fear of what you were going to say next 😂😭 But I'm happy that I did it, and want to do it again to get stronger. As always, I am endlessly grateful for you and Bre and this channel 😊 🙏🏽
I never comment on stuff but you guys are really amazing. Recently I've started your videos after a long time off the mat and your practices are just perfect for me - grounding, challenging, sensitive, inspiring. This one was very hard but Flo, your sensitivity, humor and calm made it possible, even after a terrible day. Thank you so much.
It's been maybe 4 years already that I practice with you guys. I'm so grateful to have free access to such high quality trainings. When I think about it, your flows are really precise so we can condition our bodies in the most physiological and efficient way. It's not like anyone could just invent those combinations out of nowhere. It's a real blessing and study. I am now finally considering getting into your deeper programs. I imagine how incredible it must be to have longer sessions of these strong workouts. I'm ready. All my love and gratitude to you.
@@iamprincesskiran It was amazing, but I won't lie, I gave up twice. Even when I do an hour-long flow, I don't get tired as much as I got tired of these twenty-five minutes :D
@@NordicLullaby34 yeah it was extremely strong. At times I had to pause the video and go back because Flo had gone to the next asana while I was stuck on two previous asanas and when he did the dolphin to plank to chaturanga to chair pose I could complete only 2 which was all mixed up. I got the sequence wrong. But I have decided I will repeat this practice a few more times. It’s challenging and exhausting but I’m a good way.
Shit bro. You tricked me with after the 10 sec chaturanga hold.. I thought: Rest is Coming!!!! But no. Knees to the elbow 😂 Delicious stretch of strength training this one!!
This is insane! I loved it so much! Give me few more months and I will be able to hold chaturanga + doing knee to elbow 🤯🤯 Thank you for your hard work!
Absolutely crushing! This is the one and only time on the whole channel I've heard you have to break your breath pattern... we conquered it together, I was right with you Flo 💪🦵 Thank you and Bre again for your wholesome content, your channel is gold 🥇
Flo thank you so very much for yet another brilliant class! Also, love the title it’s very apt to keep us excited and prepared! I did this end of the day and it was super hard but your cues made me want to give it all, better than my best. I feel very good, thank you! I have a long way to go to get it to next level but I am working towards it daily, thank you to Bre and you for the wonderful classes💕💕. Namaste🙏🏽
Hey guys thank you so much for your lovely piece of work and I have been quite exhausted with work ,studies and mostly every thing ,but you guys never fail to offer A safe haven . Thanks for being there with us in our respective journeys.❤
I love the strength videos, I would love more super strong challenging ones like this, also with some leg work. Thank you for sharing your practice I am a very grateful to you both ❤️ love to your beautiful family ✨
That rountine is really great!! Thank you Breathe and Flow for sharing this with us!! Hope everything is going great on the other side of the internet ^-^ Namasté
Thank you so much. For the first time in my life I developed a consistent yoga practice and my spine and overall well-being have improved tremendously! All thanks to you. All the best ❤️
First time doing yoga, I’m not at all strong but figured why not try.. not going to lie.. it felt impossible, I can’t even do a push-up let alone going from dolphin to the other thing and back.. still proud tho that I managed to do it even with some adjustments!
Wow that was tough. Knee to elbow chaturangas beat me. But I will conquer them next time…. Or the time after that ! Thank you and have a fabulous weekend 😊
I’ve been following you both for a few years now, but am now starting on a new path. I wanted to thank you for the time and energy you put into your videos, they are a huge help.
a strong session indeed! Boat to low-boat part was perhaps the most challenging part for me. The core started to give up on me in no time.. Can't wait to try the practice again though! Peace out
Man this is why I tell people injury prone athletes need to look into yoga man it exposes all the weakness no matter how good your aesthetics are. Muy bien. Muy importante. I am sweating over here like I ran a mile lol.
