We welcome back Katie for her third and final visit after 8 weeks. These are such great educational videos! I just can't believe you're not tired of doing this after so many years. It has to take a toll on your back, wrists, etc.? On a completely different note, I know there's no eye serum or cream that will completely take away dark circles. With that said, could you perhaps recommend a product or two that you like that will minimize them. They aren't hereditary. Thanks so Much!

Wish i have you in Indonesia. I really really need a dermatology like you to treat my skin problems. Anyway, please sharing about fungal acne, what kind of treatment need to do to heal and ingredient that fungal acne need to avoid. Thx in advance.

Deleting the Candida foods will help heal this acne. Stop eating these foods 100% for 3 months: cheese, bakers yeast (bread and cakes) mushrooms, wine, fermented foods, all vinegars, the melon fruits. If you have KP tiny pumps on the top backs of your arms then you need to stop sugar also. If you are able to get the products for Christina's kit www.educateyourskin.com that will help you topically also.:))

Hello Nerida, have been binge watching your videos, and they are amazing. Thank you for all the education! i am not a esthetician, but i wonder when you layer a peptide moisturizer first before you did the peel. I am thinking from the analogy that would i exfoliate with the acid first before a serum and moisturiser? thanks again!

Hello Nerida. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge . Really admire you. I would love to hear your thoughts about applying spf every 3-4hrs, specally for someone wearing makeup everyday. Also what helps to get rid of surface dryness on forehead area? xoxo

Its the same steps as surface dryness everywhere else on your face. Start with the non foaming cleanser, gentle buffing exfoliant 2xweekly, nutrient serum and treatment product:))

Hi Nerida! I love how you always explain and warn us on dos and don't s on skin care. Am well over due to have a facial with you and hope I can see you soon! I wonder the kit I will need I would prefer you doing a skin analyst first as to assume the type of similar problems as your models/clients. As I do ha e various issues with my skin, redness, big pores, brown patches that my determatologist doesn't know what it is, aging skin, scars and oily sometimes dry sensitive skin overall. Sigh am a little of a mess!

You can if you like....washing them and sterilizing them. I just throw them after the each client, but for home care....and your own personal use, just wash them well:))

Hi Nerida, do you recommend a gel eye cream? I avoid putting eye cream on my eyelids because it just melts into my eyes and stings, even if I don’t put very much. I have puffy, hooded lids that are a bit oily so anything I put there melts. Thanks.

Dear Nerida,would you please explain why we should throw that plastic cap away?I always keep it on all of my Rejuvi products thinking that it will help prevent oxidation or bacteria forming and prolong a shelf life?i guess I must be wrong...😬

Hi nerida .. I just received the k cleanser today , and as I was using it , it absorbed so quickly into my skin , it just felt like it wasn’t enough .. I used 2 pumps , how many pumps should I be using ?

Yes, I used it on dry skin , but it absorbed so quickly. Maybe , it’s because I have dry skin ..

Is it safe to dermaroll with 0.5mm if using retinol twice a week. If not how long would you have to stop using retinol before you can use the dermaroller? Thank you 😊

I discard if I use an acid in the disposable cup. Its not worth trying to clean it and feeling its 100% free of acid residue for safely purposes:))

How do you get rid of deep blackheads on your nose area/under eyes by nose area that never go away

They will never go 100% while there is oil there. Most of us have a combination skin, and blackheads on our nose area. You have to keep your skin clean and exfoliated to keep the pores clean , then make sure you are using an aha cream or serum daily to keep the fibroblast cells stimulated to keep the skin firm and smaller pores:))

Love your videos, and highly admire you. But I do have to say when you talk about the single use sponges I just think it is so wasteful. I understand why you do it, but do you at least recycle them? Why not just use a clean reusable wet wash cloth?

Yes, i do sometimes use wash cloths too. If my clients have eyelash extensions or would like to keep their eye makeup on or just sometimes i feel the sponges are better for their skin. I do understand what you are saying with the recycling though Lauryn:) Thanks for pointing this out xo.

No not with either AHA #1 or#2. Sometimes when i do a lot of extraction and the aha afterwards, slight peeling can happen a couple of days later:))

Hi Nerida, is it normal for AHA products to break some people out?? I started using a murad AHA exfoliating cleanser (for a week to week and a half) and noticed I was breaking out a lot with both white heads and hormonal nodules. I realized I had started using that product and stopped to see if that may have been the cause, but it’s only been a couple of days so far. Just wondering if AHAs can be a cause for it because I was thinking of splurging on some of the rejuvi products you use on clients. Thank you so much!

Sometimes it can make the skin purge if you have congestion underneath. It usually want make it start up, but it can bring existing bumps up sooner:))
