Awesome job Ellen. I'm a massive strongman/strongwoman fan. Just watching through. Congratulations on the dumbbell PR. I think if your starting point was higher with a higher elbow (like some of the other athletes) you'd do even better on it. For bigger dumbbells, guys like Oleksii Novikov and Nicolai Myers have really great technique that you could watch. From an outsider's perspective, I'm a bit disappointed in the weight choices. Axel was good, with a nice spread of reps, but farmer's walk and deadlift were both clearly too light (times too close and too many reps), and dumbbell shouldn't have had such a big gap between weights (25kg vs 35kg is like offering heavyweight men a choice of 100kg or 140kg - should have been choice of 30kg or 35kg). Anyway, it looked like a really fun competition and that you enjoyed yourself.

Everything went wrong with the dumbbell event: no f***ing music, no video of the reps, and no reps... Oh wait, 2 reps. 😅 Jokes aside, getting top 6 in this competition is a mighty impressive feat. Well done!
