Tata കമ്പനിയുടെ സർവീസ് വളരെ മോശമാണ് മെറ്റീരിയൽ ഡെലിവറി ചെയ്തിട്ട്, ഒരു മാസം കഴിഞ്ഞു . Instalation ഇതുവരെ ചെയ്തു തന്നിട്ടില്ല. ഓഫീസിൽ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടപ്പോൾ ഒരു വ്യക്തമായ മറുപടി പോലും കിട്ടുന്നില്ല. എനി ആരെ കോൺടാക്ട് ചെയ്യണം ഒന്നു പറഞ്ഞു തരാമോ
എല്ലാരും TATA ആന്ന് Choose ചെയ്യുന്നത് . അവരുടെ capacity ൽ കൂടുതൽ ആണ് അവർ work പിടിക്കുന്നത് . അതു കാരണമാണ് Iate ആകുന്നത് . എനിക്ക് delivery കഴിഞ്ഞു 3 ആഴ്ച്ച എടുത്തു install ചെയ്യാൻ. തുടരെ തുടരെ വിളിച്ച് ശല്യപ്പെടുത്തുക.

In experienced vendor of Tata Solar in Trivandrum. Ignorant of the technicals, simply come and screw the fittings. No proper reply to our queries. My installation is pending for more than 2 months. I suspect whether these people will be able to give at least 1 years of proper warranty. Tata Customer service appears to be poor.
Good work, i can see while installing they're protecting the panel from spark with some cardboard. I have 5kw same structure almost all panels damaged due to spark. Poor work man ship, no safety, now work is pending for last 3 months , tata solar is taking no action.

@@arunkumarssWhen you uploaded this video and when I came to watch this i subscribed this channel for information about the kseb tata solar scheme because I registered for this Soura scheme. Now my materials are delivered. Tata representatives came today for giving details about structuring. They told me about 45k for structuring. Your structure cost was 35-40k . So tata agents did this for that cost right !

I'm am getting average 9kw daily during this rainy season. My normal consumption is below 6kw per day. If my consumption increases more than 9kw per day then I will get a bill from KSEB and I have to pay that. My last month bill was zero.
