ive never in all my life seen somebody thats so upbeat as you mate,,even in the shittiest situations you still laugh,,lol,,,,,best channel on you tube ,,brilliant CARRY ON STRUGGLING !!!
I was thinking the same I lose my shit working on my car at home on my driveway but you carried on through like a tropper well done mate all the best for the new year.
@@Professional-struggler you just make me chuckle every were you go now everyone knows your van if see you going down a 1 in my truck I'll give you a blast on the horn like are saying keep on trucking keep on struggling 👍
Chris, any bank that has a waiting list for new customers should be avoided like the plague. If this is how they treat you now, what do you think they will do when you owe them money in the future?
Shout out to Hayden that’s what mates are for. Specially when you are struggling £800 that’s a lot of money for a little bit of steel. I wanna van for £800 never mind a wishbone. Good luck mate
I could feel the pain when you realised that cab mount has to be moved, absolute shite idea and the price of that top arm is insane, best thing about the daily is still the bottle Jack, struggle on brother!
Got to love the roadside struggle, I changed the headgasket on my XR3i years ago whilst at the Network Q rally in Wales....You can tell how much confidence I had in that car by the fact that I had the gasket kit and tools on hand in the boot....😂😂😂
Don't you just hate it when the,, BREAK DOWN TRUCK BREAKS DOWN,, 🤔😳😕😢😭😭,,,, As always, Chris, your a great positive happy go lucky man,,, Keep on STRUGGLING,, with a smile,,, wishing you and all your family the best of Irish luck,, KEEP ON KEEPING ON,,,,, Slan 4 now 👌🤞👍✌️🍀🍀🍀🍀🇮🇪🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂
Im a blacksmith, I was taught heat then cool that stretches the nut over the hot bolt or stud before it shrinks, then it will come off with fingers. Everyone loves a smart ass!
Your dame right we do mate….. saves us time and a struggle! Glad you explained it so clear 👌 now you said that reminds me of a job I did ages ago! Cheers Chris 👍
Be careful leaving that torch assembled in the van. Been a few cases of them getting knocked over and exploding. Also use the tip of the flame. It's the hottest part
Speechless at the price of that arm! Feel for you on this one Chris - when the struggle is personal and not professional. Keep smiling and stay strong fella you're one in a million!
£900 for pressed sheet steel, what’s the world come to? Great ingenuity cutting the head off and opting for all thread with a nut each side. Can’t believe how much struggling you get through Chris, there’s someone in Newark having an easy life, as your struggling for two 😂. Stay safe out there!
@@Professional-struggler I’d get both sides if your going to buy brand used, or at least check the other side thoroughly. Ditch all the security bolts as well, no one is nicking your wheels, especially if you keep it on your site at night (bought a van, got a flat, realised was never given a security socket, the struggle began 😂).
You are a bloody hero Chris!! Always staying happy in the worst situations. I would be spitting blood in that situation. £800 FOR a top wishbone? you're joking. got it done in the end. All the best. Woo woo!!
I have had cars where you need to lift the entire engine just to pull a bolt out to release a wishbone. Some designers must do things like that on purpose just to annoy mechanics.
Chris you are always smiling even when things are really shit, hat's off to you, and as you say what goes around comes around, always good to help people out, keep up the struggles, bloody good show, about time I think to get a new struggle bus 😀👍
Chris I had same happen on my 2005 recovery truck with a car in the back. Was scary at 70mph. it is still a common issue on the newer vans aswell then. I done all 4 off ebay with drop links and D bushes for I think £550
Chris, this is the first time I have seen your channel and I’m astounded at that snapped Wishbone, the condition of the subframe and suspension look really good. Mirrors my life at the moment, just repaired my strut top and spring and seized parking brake at the side of the road in pissing wet rain, forget any help or even any urgency from a garage wanting to screw you over, it’s the way it is my friend so good luck and thanks for your time, I’ll certainly be watching you again.
Hi Chris , for your blowtorch look up rothenburger swirl flame burner tip it’ll screw straight on the blowtorch you have and it’s a much more concentrated flame for pin pointing the heat, from Craig a gas fitter struggler 🤣 love your vids mate, your line of work now that’s some graft and your outlook on life is infectious, keep on cracking on with the good work . Happy new year and all the best to you and the family.
My rothenberger torch came with a swirl tip, you need to keep the thing your heating at the tip of the light blue central cone of the flame for maximum heat, Can't say I'd be as pleasant with passers-by in that situation, especially after getting a price like that!!!
Great vid chris you never seem to get down your positivity is amazing just laugh and carry, might be worth putting some pennies to one side for a new struggle bus, keep em coming pal xx
Well Chris what can I say !!! You are a absolute legend pal , even when the wheels fall off you keep on smiling and struggle on through . Hats off to Aiden for mucking in 👍 Catch you on the next one mate 👍
Hi Chris I’ve been watching you for about six months and Love your videos. Some of your videos leave me lost for words on how good you are. In one of your previous comments today they summed you up INFECTIOUS.
Chris, just wanted you to know that everything you and your awesome family are an absolute credit to you… One struggler to another… P.s you get the best heat out of your rothenberg torch at the tip of the flame….. Respect and regards Paul moxon Manchester
Brilliant video chris just goes to show your only a human and even the struggler has shit days Keep up your fantastic hard work mate your a legend 🙌 Wayne
Hi Chris. Wow can’t believe how happy you was considering the van. Think most people, and me would be fuming. But you still happy and smiling. Hats off to you Chris. Good mare Hayden is too. The price of that wish bone what a joke. Well done Chris. 👍
Done one these wisbones on the N/S on the edge of a ditch once, got a new one from MPD about £95 but was on a 58 plate....Keep up the good work Chris...
price of that arm is disgusting Chris lad, love how optimistic you are even under difficult circumstances. We could all learn lots from you and your attitude :)
A cheery disposition is an effective coping strategy for problems. My natural inclination is similar to the irate New York Police Chief seen in many films and it does nothing but bring on a migraine and an expenditure on Asprin.
Hi Chris , amazed they didn’t pick up on the wishbone when you had the recent MOT. Please give shout out to Linda from Oftun ! And remember Mr struggler that every day’s a Bonus 👍
This was hilarious to watch. I clicked on the Welderfabber link and found you. Not only is your positive can attitude so inspiring, you decided to make a video of resolving your dilemma. One that would have sunk most of us. You have a great approach to life.
Hi mate, now that was a struggle day, they don't think about repairs when they build these things, but your always thinking on your feet, I bet that was the longest day you have had just to go to the bank lol, love your videos, best reality channel on RU-vid. Keep up the great work, whoop whoop see ya laters, bloody good show 👌👌
Hi Chris..looks like what we call in the trade "The newness has worn off" refering to the wishbone...it's a sruggle..good job you were only going slow and not going down the motorway it could have been a lot worse.
Now, that was some real news! I once was about to buy an Iveco, I am so glad it didn't happen. And silly me, I thought Transit was an ancient construction... These Ivecos are made not to be repaired but scrapped or wrecked! They have a reputation of having good engines and the later ZF automatic is also nice. BTW look at the other side too!
Good to see you persevere Chris! Reminded me of a few roadside jobs always a game. That f*cking bolt though. The amount of ideas that should have never left the drawing board let alone the factory floor. A least if you're going to trap the thing make it out of stern stuff! Nope tin work. Great channel.
Hi Chris, glad you managed to get the van home , just think yourself lucky it didn't brake on the motorway mate ,could have been nasty!!!!! . With the blow torch mate keep the part your heating in the orange part of the flame not the blue as the orange is the hottest bit 👌 Ps Berkleys banker rimes with walker, cos that's what they are !!!!!! All the banks are going on line now , bloody rubbish Good luck getting the part for the struggle bus mate 👍best regards uncle Franko ❤
Evening Chris…..you are a star, and Hayden……what a struggle team you make, some job that…….FairPlay, and if you are still driving on that repair this time next week, I wouldn’t be surprised……lol. 👍🇮🇲💪😂
@@Professional-struggler I did indeed, you and the family certainly did by the look of it……glad you managed to get a new part, not what you want to happen in January, not nice losing days off work when money is tight at this time of year…..catch you on the next vlog 👍😜👌🇮🇲
@@ManxAndy it is actually at the worst possible time of year mate your right there 🤦♂️ my look mate! Glad you had a good one mate…… struggle on Andy 💪
Cant believe when you rang main stealer and they gave you the price you didnt ask if that was fully fitted. £800+ for a wishbone of the shittiest design is a liberty. Not simply loverly
Chris I truely felt for you there, but I must admit you had me pissing my self. Thanks mucka and I hope you get it sorted. Main stealer price was mental. Take care buddy 👍👍
Fair play mate, that's a nasty job even on a lift never mind with cars driving past lol, I was impressed with how easy u got that locknut off too, diesel fitters are always good at that sorta thing, everything's always siezed lol
Feel for you chris, years ago i bought a 1992 transit van, with years mot, about 3 weeks after the bottom ball joint popped out on a slip road, in rush hour, tyre wrecked wheel arch, cops turned up the lot mate, never forget it August 24th coz its my birthday 😆
hope you get sorted, there is a van brakers at the side of the A46 between Nottingham and Leicester that could have one of them, been a couple of years since i have been but they seem to have most stuff.
Hell fire Chris its a good job it didn't bloody snap off when you was doing 60mph down the dual carriageway, could of been an awful mess .keep struggling Chris top man👍🤘😉😊😀👌try Baxenden breakers Chris!?Worth a try!!,
Brilliant show 👏 can't beat good pal's help each other out but you must invest in a few pairs of safety goggles or glasses I spent four and a half hours in a and e with metal in my eye it was hell.
