This video was exactly what I needed to find. I changed the Ultra Base glass bed on my Anycubic Mega S with a magnetic build plate that's thinner and have been struggling to get a quality first layer. This plugin was exactly what I needed to fix the issue and now I'm re-slicing all my models using this z offset. Thank you for posting this!
I just discovered this myself the other day and have been faffing around with the number to input🙂. So glad to hear someone else say their printer cant save the settings, thought it was something I had messed up. My printer is 4 years old and running marlin v1.
This video is for absolute beginners, tbh I wasn't intending it to be 7 minutes lol I got carried away with 3d builder also, so yes it could have easily have been 3-4 minutes, I just wanted to cover the fundamentals from start to finish. @@aimansam8428 You're the type of guy that I want to smack in the mouth with my fist. It turned out my unit was defective at dispensing properly. I could not figure out my z offset for the life of me. But an ass like you telling me just Google search it. You're just an idiot
Every single video the persone doing it has to talk about a whole bunch a things that no body care before get to the point and some more bs between the explanations is so annoying just go to teaching then open another channel on how to express your experiences or life moments it will be mway better
