stryper helped me get out of dark metal with their great music that really attracted me, at a certain point I started playing their music more and more and I was saved too, so mission accomplished
Just a few words. Since 1986, I've loved Stryper. Now 38 years later, well I love them. They rock so good, and better than ever. Love that they have Oz in right channel and Michael in left. And with Robert and Perry, it sounds awesome. Keep on rocking guys. 🖤💛🖤💛🖤💛🖤💛
Saw them on the In God We Trust tour. Watching Robert walk out and climb up his yellow and black fireman’s pole to his drum riser was an awesome sight! One of the best concerts I have ever seen!
Michael Sweet has one of the most awesome Rock and Roll voices ever. My very first concert was Stryper at the Veterans Memorial in Columbus, Ohio in '85-'86. Legendary.
I know the rock world doesn't completely get them but you can't deny the talent, especially live, and the long lasting following - they are survivors and I hope they keep the light shining
Amazing that they can sound just like the record forty years later. How they can pull-off the vocals live as sounded when recorded is the eighth wonder is the world.
Stryper is like a fine wine - they get better and more mature with age! They sound amazing considering the guys are in their 60's. I had the privilege of hanging out with Michael, his late wife Janice, and teenage kids in 1998 at Metal Meltdown in Wales, UK along with the late Ted Kirkpatrick of Tourniquet (RIP Ted)! He was and is a great guy! Totally humble and down to earth despite being insanely talented. I really hope that they could tour the UK one more time - that would be another item of my bucket list!!
As much as I enjoyed listening and seeing you guys perform these songs in a studio setting, I would rather be looking forward to buying a Third Coming; STRYPER CD. I love this band. Hope things go well for you guys for a good long time to come. PS Sounds perfect to me
AWESOME they are singing for God. Soldiers for Christ. Please have a concert in the Spring in Houston. I want to come see you all. Please, Please Please.
May God be with Stryper and bless them forever more. God surely bless them. They are still stay together, unlike their peer. Michael Sweet still looks great and his voice is still as great 40 years ago. BTW, is there Part 3,4,5,6, etc, 555?
It’s truly amazing in my entire life. There is only been two bands that sound better in concert than they do the album Stryper and the other one.. Journey with Steve Perry.
sound engineer is great, mix is great...except his solo. Why wasn't the solo amplifier mic'ed or blended with this awesome live mix? Sounds like the live audience got the solo boost, ahhhh well, shred on mighty men of God \M/
The guitars are pretty good but drums seem lackluster to me, very basic. They could use some sweep picking, I find it enjoyable myself. I don't think Michael knows how to do it, never heard him, or maybe he just doesn't want to, I don't know..
@@lorettasearcy1471 there professional they’ve been doing it for 40+ years, he just saying how they can improve using new technology for the better of them.
