Hi! Could you please continue making this videos! I find them very useful! And I have some questions for DAAD: 1. How does the UNI I am applying for "filter" the candidates? In other words, what is the criteria for deciding which students can study at the UNI and which are going to be rejected? 2. Is there a possibility that, if I'm a good student, I can stay and live in Germany after my studies - get a job and a citizenship? Thanks in advance

Hi Max! I'm an American student who's interested in studying in Germany, and I love your videos. I had a few questions, though. Do foreign students usually have much trouble adjusting to the culture? Is there anything that Americans (or people from other countries in general) do or don't do that is particularly annoying to Germans?

Hi,your job opportunities after finishing university depend on many different things: Your skills, your future plans and of course the companies you could imagine working for. After finishing your studies you have 18 months’ time to find a proper job related to your studies. Many universities offer some kind of career services you can make use of. You definitely increase your chances by getting some work experience in Germany, e.g by doing an internship. Read more about carreer opportunities in Germany on: www.study-in.de/en/plan-your-stay/jobs-and-career-opportunities/Best wishes, your Study in Germany team

Speaking German is essential - of course. But are students required to have ZD exams or is it enough that they actually speak the language?

@StudyinGermany_de 7 лет назад
Hi,Medical students in Germany have to complete a six-year programme which concludes with the State Examination (Staatsexamen). There are no courses offered in English, so you will need very good German skills to complete the programme and pass the examinations. Courses on Medicine you can find in our database: www.study-in.de/en/plan-your-studies/find-programme-and-university/?a=result&q=Medicine&degree=5&courselanguage=&studylocation=&locations=&admissionsemester=&sort=name&page=1

+Khaled Moussa Hi, There are also jobs for English speakers on the job database of the Federal Employment agency which includes a search field for key words, e.g. “English”: jobboerse.arbeitsagentur.de/vamJB/startseite.html;jsessionid=M2wnVwzGNNnGL7vhtq6JtLwyyy230pcTxT1wGKphcsyNF2kcKDvq!1366233740?m=1&aa=1 There is also a section called "Small jobs/ mini jobs” which includes student jobs.
