I’m not anti-lgbt, but I’m certainly anti-Pride. Pride has become a symbol of hatred and division. The once-oppressed have now become the oppressors. Although, the ban on same-sex relationships at the college is definitely something I disagree with. That’s not how we should be fighting pride extremists.

First off there's a difference between disagreeing with someone's lifestyle and the action of discrimination, sexual orientation and marital status are federally protected classes in the US meaning you can't not hire someone based on these things, so they could lose federal funding and get sued
