In this week's Studio Vlog, I'm showing some behind-the-scenes of running my small watercolor paint-making business. I'm also talking about my recent weight loss of almost 100 lbs, giving a tour of my junk journaling/scrapbook supplies, a little visit to a pebbly beach, and some other little parts of my week. Thank you for sharing your life experiences on your fabulous channel. The new microphone made a big difference to the sound quality so thank you for that. You are so well organised and give so much attention to detail in everything you do. I love your paints and have a few sets. You are so right True Silver is the very best. I love it. Thank you also for sharing your wait loss journey. You have been incredibly brave. My Partner is from Egremont so we love seeing your walks in the local area. It’s an area that people don’t know much about and has lots of beautiful spots to explore. A shout out to your Mum too.❤

Aww, thanks heather. Glad you're enjoying the content. Nice to know your partner is from the same area, it's really lovely around here. Just been down to Seascale so I'll be putting some clips of that in this Sunday's vlog. Told my mam you gave her a shout out. She's chuffed. She said 'fame at last' lol.

Another thoroughly enjoyable video Rebecca. Firstly congratulations on your weight loss. I am sure that you are an inspiration to others who want to do the same thing with the surgery. You were very honest and thorough in the information. I found it interesting. A great achievement. Your journalling are show was like heaven. I loved all your stickers etc. I must say it would be a great idea to do a scrapbook page when you get chance and use your paints for highlights. A great way to showcase them. When I saw the silver I thought 'wow' that is the best one I have seen to use an addition to a page. I had to stop my sewing in order to watch your stash show. So many wonderful things. I did not dare make a note of any of them. I also enjoyed being out and about with you and seeing the miners wheel etc. Very interesting. As always, I loved the sea and the flowers. Thanks, Ane. Glad you're enjoying the vlogs, especially the journaling/scrapbooking bits as I plan to occasionally do a journalling page and show some snippets of that. And yes, that would be a good opportunity to showcase my own paints. Thanks for the idea. I think I may have overdone it on the sticker purchases, lol. It's Aliexpress, it's so lethal with them being fairly cheap. But the problem with that is you end up going nuts and spending a lot 😂

Aw thanks so much for telling us about your weight loss, wow, you're incredibly brave to have done that, but it's worked, you look fantastic, I sat watching you with a cuppa (lactose free dairy milk in a coffee, it makes a good cappuccino! Sounds like you could get that for your tummy too?). Really enjoying your content, looking forward to the next vlog 😊

Good idea, I'll try and make cappuccino's with that milk. The ones I use are the nescafe satchets and they already have the milk powder in them. So I'll have to get a proper cappuccino maker. Oh lovely, it's a gorgeous sticker book. I just love collecting those books, even though I don't use the stickers very often. They look so beautiful on the bookshelf. Your junk journal looks so pretty! And I really enjoyed seeing all your junk journaling supplies. I've been toying with the idea of getting some vintage or sheet music paper backgrounds and painting on them, but I am not sure about the archival properties of the ink on the papers

Thanks, Ellie, glad you liked that bit. I do have some old sheet music paper but never even thought of that. Yep, it might not be suitable. On the other hand, if the printed music hasn't faded then maybe it's ok. Or you could possible put some sort of ground/primer down first.

It seems we all seem to think our own stuff is rubbish compared to others. So glad you're enjoying the vlogs. I'm really enjoying making them. I've got the RU-vid bug again. 😊

thank you for sharing your weight loss experience. At what point did you find the food cravings you mentioned dissipate?

Hi Jenny, I do still have food cravings but it's now about the same as I was before the operation. Right after the operation the cravings were prettty strong and that lasted around 3 months. At around 3 months, my food intake increased so the cravings weren't too bad at that point.
