I'm watching this as I make tiny envelopes to go into a tiny mailbox that I've convinced kids in my apartment complex that squirrels deliver mail at, so not only do I get to sit and watch you paint amazing creatures I also get to see your neighborhood squirrels in the wild. I knew there was a reason why I started to follow you. If you ever paint squirrels, just know that I'm going to die from joy. No pressure at all. 🐿💗

We live in Western Colorado and a few weeks ago our kitties were out in the morning and were so scared and wanted in immediately! Our 21 pound kitty hid under our bed for three days and we finally realized a bear had been in our back yard. It was the bear scat that helped us figure it out. It is hibernation time here. They are just going through the neighborhoods looking for trash cans before winter sets in. I love your hibernating bear family!

Your intro is always so welcoming. I call my sister twice a week and I feel your videos are just as comforting as talking with her. We have a big holiday the last Thursday of November, Thanksgiving. Do you have a Thanksgiving in UK? Canada celebrates theirs in October.

When I lived off grid in northern California I had a beautiful stawberry Brown Bear that would come through my property every year on her way up the mountain after winter. The mountain spring ran through my place, so it makes sense it was her route. She would visit a huge old redwood stump I left alone for her, eat some bugs, maybe get some honey and head up. She and I met eyes a few times and just sort of nodded an acknowledgement and she moved on. Neither of us were afraid. I looked forward to it every spring. She was my neighbor and I loved her. 😊 Wonderful video, Jo, thank you so much. You made me remember my bear friend.

I live in Colorado and used to work as a nanny in homes located in the foothills. I would see bears wander through the backyards almost every day. It was always special to see them.

Hi Joanne. I live in Cape Town, so it’s early summer here. I lived in London in the mid 1970s and I loved the weather, the dark afternoons, the rainy streets at this time of year. I don't know if I have ever told you how much I enjoy your filming. The trees and the sweet little moments with Margo. Raindrops somewhere just the cute vignettes and you edit it so smooth. Those trees are absolutely beautiful and all the color I just love the fall, the shape of those tall trees you filmed are just so interesting. I love your bear family all cozy and warm, so adorable. I am sorry to hear about the printer.. it's like they just decide one day to completely mess with us, so I don't know about it being your fault. I love your animation super cute, and funny (bus ride sleeping) But I loved the leaves swirling around and then being your warm cozy blanket. Perfect!
