Absolutely amazing

Brant Pitre is the first scholar who opened my eyes to the vital doctrine of the Holy Communion; I have most of his books and love his writings.

To become an eternal creature, saved from eternal death, one has to become a part of His body, the church and get Him, His immortality His flesh, inside you, the eucharist.

At around 36:50 ... RE John 6:63 ... Dr. Pitrie, you made an EXCELLENT POINT about how Jesus DID NOT SAY "MY Flesh is of no avail," but He said, "THE flesh is of no avail." That is HUGE and is KEY to understanding!! Protestants (AND CATHOLICS) need to GRAB HOLD of that, and read and re-read and re-read it until it really sinks in, and when it does sink in, then, YES, INDEED, give great thanks to Almighty God for bringing that to Light!! This will help so much when speaking to non-Catholics about John 6 and about Jesus' True Presence in The Holy Eucharist!! Thank you, thank you, thank you, for pointing this out, Dr. Pitrie!! ❤️

The Body of Christ is the true pure love of Jesus … Abide in me, Abide in my love This is not a mystery it is the truth. “Behold the Lamp of God” Merci Jesus for coming on Earth to get us straight and showing us, with your words and the light, the way of the eternal life. Verse John 6:63 is so close to John 6:66 for some reason. Would Verses 6:64-65 being the bridge to Hell? Believers of Jesus spirit only are still loving Jesus. Do they know Jesus loves them more for promising his coming back physically at the end?

The Jewish Passover prayers that were said in the Temple in Jerusalem that Jesus attended with His Apostles on the night He was betrayed are in the Tridentine Mass and should be replaced back into the Novus Ordo Mass. Jesus was of Jewish line and Jews had Passover every year. Jews had true worship they worshipped the Messiah in advance. It was time for the symbolic Lamb to go. Jesus is the true Lamb who takes away the sins of the world. As the Symbolic Lamb had to be without spot or wrinkle and without blemish the Priest offered that by prayer to God. Kesus said "My Word wont pass away" those Passover Prayers were passed over to the Gentiles by the Apostles.
