Do we have to write even for Bachelor's degree ? Is study plan same as motivation letter ? Thank you for help a lot.

I am going through all the university-programs in the CGS platform but when I go to the universities website I can't find the program and its contents, how do I see the contents and how do I aling my research plan to the courses, teachers... etc.. it is driving me crazy...
